One teller, at least 12 people waiting in line, and a bunch of managerial types sitting looking at monitors and drinking coffee. And nobody helping out the one poor teller, or apologizing to all the customers waiting in line.
And this on the day that Wells Fargo announced record profits, clearly on the back of the customers and poor customer service.

Worst possible bank, do not accommodate their clients whatsoever. Came in for appointment was an hr early however checked in and was told I would have to wait while the banker took appointments that were not scheduled. Then on top of that I was the only one told that I had to wait outside when the back was full of patrons. Never felt so defeated.
