Wells Fargo Bank reviews
13To be fair no matter i never like this bank all of them not just this one sorry I didn't specify before
This is the absolute worst bank branch period. Thinking of stopping here after work or when in a rush? Plan on waiting in line for 30-45 minutes. Never more than three tellers "working". Manager is rude and unprofessional.
FYI they completely ignore waitlists to see a banker, even when bankers are free for an hour+, don’t waste your time unless you have an appointment
Could be better. Customer phone service is terrible. Poor communication. Have to go to the branch to get things taken care of. Can't speak to customer service at a branch directly. Frustrating. Closes too early on Saturdays. Would not close out my account until the end of the month instead if the same day. Too many fees and over crowded at times. Will be leaving. I like the app.
Absolutely the worst location in California.
Understaffed, unknowledgeable, completely inept.
Avoid this place
This location sucks. Only 2 tellers on a busy Saturday. There are no bankers help with customer service issues. The tellers are unable to help with card issues. You have to call the number and wait 20minutes or more to speak to someone. 21 years as a customer and I’m fed up. I suggest not using Wells Fargo.
Been doing business here for many years, never had a single problem, always very helpful with whatever I needed. Only complaint is not enough employees to assist everyone timely, long lines
Always one or two tellers. Long lines long waits. They can’t hire more tellers? Also they sent me a letter they are closing all my accounts. I called and asked why they said a business decision? Like okay? I been with them for over 14 years and they suddenly decide to close my accounts? Seems very odd I’ve done nothing but be a good customer
Lines are unusually long to go inside. The bankers seem friendly but you need more bankers during high traffic hours.
I came to Roy Rogers drive location twice in a roll and I just want to say Kurtis Blankenship Gave us a great customer not only one time but the second time we came to the location he had the same great energy and customer service.
Thank you Kurtis for the great experience.
Every time I come to this bank on Roy Rogers it is massively slow because of one or two banks helping customers. It’s the worst bank in the high desert. I only come to this bank when I’m close to this area. Apple Valley bank is 100 times better with the speed of the lines that customers wait in.
Always had bad luck with banking.
Been using this particular location for about 1-2 years. Past few months I been having to see a teller to pull money orders and although my account doesn't have a card for it. I've always had good customer service when need to pull money.
An hour to get to cashier and they won't cash my ibond. That's it I said u have done it before, here at this location, this year. Why not, because it asked me for a serial number, and they usually ask for account numbers. I don't know banking.
I called the bank and asked for help and was told I could file a complaint and someone will get back to me
Finally left after another 45 minute wait for John the manager, since customer service is so horrible here I find it hard to believe John the manager was on the phone with a customer.
