10First time visiting this branch, it took me half an hour to make a check deposit, not going back to this bank again!
Honestly that bank is Horrible! Dont have an account there but i do cash checks there. The last time i was in there i waited 45 min in the line with only one person working. If there was another Wells Fargo Close to my job i would go there cause that bank is just a disappointment. Maybe closing it down if u cant get no one to work
It’s a looooong. Wait I been here 40 min just to get cash they should have more tellers it’s not like before now is more like Bank of America only 2 tellers
Takes a long time to help customers and only have 2 persons in the front with a long line to the doors
Wow called asking a simple question and a rude lady hung up on me while I was talking, this franchise has been my first bad experience with Wells Fargo ever, an absolute shame
The worst! Do Not recommend! I went to open an account with them and they treated me the worst! When trying to ask the lady where to go or who to go with she completely IGNORED me so I stood there for a a cool 20 mins then I asked another man where to go and he rudely said we’ll do you have an appointment and I said “well not anymore since you guys took for ever “ then they told me I would have to set another appointment up. When it was there fault that they didn’t attend to me at my scheduled appointment. EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. All they did was sit on the chairs doing nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
This bank has the longest lines of any wf bank that I've been to. It has a drive through atm that is a bit harder to get to than most. The customer service is ok and you'll still need to wait in the regular line to get to the inside atms, because the outside ones feel unsafe.
I dont know what is going on at this bank but service is horrible here. No greetings, no line for the vault and still had to wait 20 minutes for rude employees to help me and another 15just to put my box away. When i was done i waited in front of the vault door and no one came so i grabed a chair to wait and when someone finally came she had the nerve to ask me to put the chair away. Its not my job to tidy up the bank. I dont work there. But i am a paying customer and i shouldnt be treated this way.
The customer service at this place is disappointing.besides the wait to see a teller, you don’t get treated nicely. I mean you would think that the staff would be nice since we are already waiting in a long line. Karla a teller at this location is specially rude.once you get to her she does not greet you, she looks miserable and helps with little patience. She tries to do the least for the customer. Besides being short staffed, they need to better train their existing staff to have some manners.
