6I was at the branch today at 12 pm and there was a young female teller who had the worst costumer service ever! So rude!
I love that this location is still open on Saturday. Yes there may be a line but they are as efficient as they can be. Just because you think it should only be 5 minutes per person for customer service that is not the case. Especially when they only have a few tellers open. Still the best location because they are 1of 2 San Diego Wells Fargo’s that are open on Saturday.
Been banking here for 25 years and never had any issues.

Don't go in to bank much anymore unless I'm cashing a check. Always nice employees in person and on the 800 customer service line. Best bank.

On February 22 I was at this branch and I had a very bad experience in the time I was waiting for a cashier to attend me. I gave my comment or criticism in this regard and as a consequence of this or retaliation they just stopped my funds from my check of employment that was deposited on March 7 for more than 10 days, and I talked to half the world and they can do absolutely nothing to have access to my funds before, I definitely do not recommend it
20 minutes just to get inside the bank. Once you in, there is another line inside 15 min.
I stopped on my lunch break to cash the check. Vested my lunch entirely. No go place.
At least they put one chair now you can sit while you are waiting:)
