7List their hours as open till 2pm on Saturday. No other babk was open to help me fix my debit card. Get there at 12: 17pm. The manager sends a kid to tell everyone to go home because they are closed. The manager not only didn't have the decency to say it himself. Just as well stay open till they closed.

Customer service is terrible. Juana is useless and needs improvement on customer service. She is very RUDE. She is TERRIBLE at her job just like Wells Fargo is at keeping their clients. Wells Fargo needs to learn how not to screw over their clients financially.
I do all my banking online, but today I needed to visit an actual branch. I'm very upset at the way the teller handle my transaction. Won't be visiting this location again.
Worst bank ever when I bank there and even when I do not. A client paid me and made an illegal dispute just to get a hold of me.he send me evidence that he had cancelled that dispute at this bank. The bank never refunded my money. My merchant is still waiting since october 2022. No longer disputed no more reason to keep the money.
