2This is really not a good branch it's really shameful to have this bank in our community.the customer service is beyond rude the lines are long; the tellers are too busy having private conversations to help the people paying their salaries (customers) and they have an attitude if you deposit coins.ridiculous.please go out of business and stay out of minority communities!
Tried to set up a checking and savings account with these clowns. They started the appointment 30 minutes late. It took an entire hour to set up the accounts. Neither account is available to me online. The associated debit card they sent me can't be activated either as "there is no card to activate", says their site. I can't access my money and need this to pay bills. I'll have to drive down to this location to get my money out.
@Manager - get this fixed. Crash set up the accounts wrong, or else IT/system messed up.
