So I've been dealing with setting up direct deposit for a new job and needed an authorization letter. I had tried through the mobile app but couldn't get it so I called the bank and explained the situation. They told me to come right in and they'd take care of it for me. Less than a minute later, they called me back and and told me I didn't have to come in, which was GREAT, they would walk me through the process first to Help me do it. My mobile app didn't have the feature I needed so she asked me to log in on my laptop. And within a minute I had what I needed and had sent it to our HR office. I am so grateful for the service. To call a bank and have them tell me come right in and we will get that for you no problem was great, the fact that they personally called me back without my asking them to to help walk me through the steps so I didn't have to was awesome. Thank you! That was above and beyond going out of their way to help me.

Lousy service.one teller 5 customers in line. Asked two ladies chatting away in the room to help, the response was it was not their job. They need oversight. Very disappointed considering they are getting paid with consumers deposits and loans with Wells.
