4People are very nice but on average your wait time to a teller is 15 minutes or more inside the bank. And that’s at 10: 00 am, 1: 30 pm or any other time I’ve tried on a Weekday. They need to staff it more.
I rarely go to this Well Fargo branch bank and 90% of my banking is through the ATM. But this morning at 10am I went into this branch and there was only one other customer, so no lines. What a great experience. So I must have gotten lucky according to all the poor reviews.
It’s one thing “ I can’t help you, I’m sorry. ” It’s a whole other “ I can’t help you, and there is nothing you can do about it. ” 28 years with Wellsfargo…I felt like their employee quality/customer service has gone down tremendously in the branches and I don’t even visit that often.
They never answer the phone, when you walk in they see you but won’t greet you and even if the person who does notary is available they won’t help you. Bad customer service.
