I have had accounts with Wells Fargo for over 30 years! Lately they have been making me around, taking transfers from saving to cover the balance and then not giving me notice of the 24 hr guarantee. So there more charges! Then my mortgage was 7 dollars short and they did not pay it on there guarantee of 24 hr payment. I you advertise something stick to it. Maybe it’s time to move on

I think they are closing. All the tellers are being shut down in drive thru and making HANDICAPPED people go inside vs offering a service for years. I am handicapped also and thought I was going to have to hold a Korean WAR vet up in line today in Leesburg. Fl. Place is a dive. I think Enron must be running the place.

One word Wells Fargo = ABYSMAL systems in place. Nothing to do with the branches. They have a myriad of inefficient systems in place. Wells Fargo's systems are Abysmal.

I lost my job, because of Wells Fargo having failed to follow due diligence and perform their duties properly. They did not hire a qualified, respectable and responsible vendor to perform the repossession that ultimately left me being physically harmed by the agent (*and the worst I did was leave a hand print on his truck, which he hit me with unprovoked).

I’ve been seeking mental health treatment since 2019 and the progress I made was dashed after such a horrendous assault.

I tried to find justice, but Wells Fargo’s Corporate Office chose to deny my right to appeal their decision, when my loss of a job prevented me from being able to stay in contact with them.

I tried to work the details out with customer service, but Wells Fargo had allowed me to speak to different representatives over the years that (*I’ve recorded) incorrectly and inappropriately providing me answers about my own car payment. - I was misinformed by the bank about THEIR LOAN that I PAY to where this has happened twice now.

Oh, and to really get things started: It took two repos. TWO REPOS. FOR WELLS FARGO. TO REALIZE. MY ACCOUNT INFO WAS ALLLLLL WRONG.

I’m leaving this here, in hopes that if Wells Fargo continues calling me daily and harassing me, adding further stress and anxiety to the sleepless nights they’ve created and the financial pit I’m being buried in - that a lawyer will help me and get justice for the wrong that happened to me.

You’re on notice, Wells Fargo. That letter you sent me was worth nothing since you didn’t take the time to see these photos. I wonder what a Judge would think actually?

I have been a WellsFargo customer since 2009, and my accounts were closed without any electronic notice while I'm traveling overseas and have no way to receive paper notices. I was told by a customer service representative that my remaining balances will be sent via paper check to the address on file, but that means that I have no access to the much needed cash to pay my bills or student loans - or even buy a plane ticket home. This is the worst situation I've ever been in with regards to any business or bank, and now have to beg and borrow money from friends and relatives until I get access to those funds in the paper check, which I hope doesn't get stolen before I get to it. I would understand if my accounts had been blocked after attempts to contact me via snail mail and I would have had to call to get them unblocked - or if there had been some sort of notice in the app when I logged in any time recently or an email, phone call, or something - anything - before the accounts were closed. But no - the bank's actions are completely unacceptable and have created extreme hardship for me, my family, and my newborn baby, who are now stranded overseas with no access to my cash.

I will never go back to wells fargo. They messed my mom's check up yet again. This makes the 2nd time that they have done this to my family. In my opinion wells fargo needs to close its doors. They are garbage.

Your 125 Hickey blvd atm machine is not working, it keeps on rejecting my deposits. When I go to nearby serramonte atm it get accepted wily nily. We reported that many months ago and the machine simply rejects brand new dollar bills? Please take a look it’s a bit funny these days where machine are not working according to modern design.

When it comes to real support after being a 16 year account holder of yours I read today you are committed to helping workers with criminal records and YET you are not supporting the account holders that are scammed out of thousands of dollars by some of these criminals. Wells Fargo you are a financial institution spiraling into the bowels of hell! NO FREAKING SUPPORT FROM YOU ARE ONE THAT RECOGNIZES AND SUPPORT CRIMINALS BECAUSE YOU ARE A CRIMINAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! Wells Fargo you are nothing but a large one armed bandit taking and not giving shame on you and your unsuccessful Customer Service, Claims Assistance Teams and Enterprise Complains Management Office. Longevity means nothing to you!

I have had an account with WF for over 14 years and have finally had enough. Fee's for everything, if they could give you a fee for coming through the door they would, wait a minute they do, for utilizing a teller they charge you a fee. And though having a 780+ credit score I had to go elsewhere for loans. I now use a Credit Union and have never been more satisfied. Think twice before you use Wells Fargo

Slow IRA Operations group. Letter dated April 10,2023 not mailed until June 27,2023 and received July 1,2023. Took 82 days to receive so they must still be using their stage coach.

I'm going to advise all of my friends and family to never work with WellsFargo. That may not be a lot but this company already has a bad rep. I wish I knew about it before but I was ignorant when buying a car. I just got off the call with customer support and got YELLED at by the woman for making "my" mistake, that wasn't even mine nor was it hers- it was the companies systems fault- and asking QUESTIONS. Questions? ! She only apologized when I told her to calm down after she went on a rant. Unbelievable. Thankfully, the complaints guy was nice and understanding.

RIPPED ME OFF $1000 - On 4/1/23 I went to the Wells Fargo ATM on Milton Ave in Rahway, NJ to take out $1000 for vacation. When I selected the amount I wanted a notification came up saying “No 50s, only 20s, Continue or Cancel” so I cancelled with the intention to go to another bank/ATM. My card was returned and NO money came out as the transaction was CANCELLED. The next day I noticed Wells Fargo took the $1000 out of my online account, I immediately put in a claim which was eventually denied. After 20+ calls to Wells Fargo with each representative/manager stating “the claim was put in wrong, or the investigator on the case will call you, this happens from time to time we will fix it” NOTHING was ever resolved. I went the police who instructed me to go to the Linden Wells Fargo to speak to the Branch Manager as it was the closest store location. I was told time and time again that the branch manager is not around but will call, he/she NEVER called in WEEKS. Eventually I got in touch the corporate executive office who CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME then send me an email saying case closed with no further information. WELLS FARGO HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME DOCUMENTS OR REASONING AS TO WHY THE CASE WAS CLOSED. THEY HAVE WRONGFULLY TAKEN MY MONEY. Multiple members of my family have began closing their accounts/credit cards due to the HORRENDOUS service and protection Wells Fargo has demonstrated. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK OR USE THEIR ATMS. Switching banks now.

I've been trying to get a credit card statement for thebilling period 1/15/23 - 2/15/23 for the past two and a half weeks. Not available online and they have never sent me a paper copy by mail even though I have the option for both. It is now 3/12/23.

Four calls to customer service during this time frame and I've been given false hope and no statement. Worst customer service experience I have received from a bank due to no results and my time wasted explaining my situation each time with no follow up from their end.

Wells Fargo Bank is deceiving customers and tries to keep our money. Wells Fargo is discriminating against me.

On November 23,2022 I sent a wire for $4,000 to the same recipient that I have sent several times prior. All the wire information was similar. Wells Fargo held the wire transfer and sent the wire to their own compliance department. The receiver shared with me a that the money was not received. The receiver sent updates 2 times per week over the last 6 weeks that the money was not received. To date Wells Fargo has not sent the money. Wells Fargo is doing all they can to keep my funds.

Wells Fargo customer service is horrible. The phone customer service and their managers hang up on every call when they cannot resolve. They also hang up their calls on managers from the local branch and never offer a solution.

I filed an MT103 trace with Wells Fargo 3 times, I filed 3 requests to return my money, and I filed weekly complaints with the local branch banker and manager. To date Wells Fargo is acting in criminal behavior and doing all they can to steal $4,000. They will not return my money.

I filed complaints with the State of California, US Federal Government, and will seek other means to have my money returned.

Am closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo and moving to credit union.

The entire Wells Fargo organization demonstrates that the bank is in financial trouble. Do NOT bank with Wells Fargo.

As usual, Wells Fargo is up to it's shady banking tactics. I'm trying to PAY my credit card off - but they LIMIT the amount of times you can pay it from a "non wells-fargo account". In other words - "We want to make it hard on you to pay off your credit card so you'll either accrue interest or get a Wells Fargo bank account to pay it from. " This company just can't do business the normal way - they HAVE to come up with shady tactics in order to try and tilt the scales their direction. Do yourself a favor and just find another bank. Wells Fargo is trying hard to get themselves another record fine (like they did for creating all those fraudulent bank accounts their customers didn't know about).
