These are great staff all around at this particular facility. The Med asst front desk and the nurse practitioner Michael Yeboah gives superb care five stars!

I think you guys should check the staff you are working with. Absolutely terrifying. The girl with the blonde hair doing X-rays is always mad huffing and puffing throwing things around. Was choking me with the vest. I felt scared and was too scared to stand up for myself. If you don’t like your job then leave! Terrifying you have people like that working on kids.

I got a confirmation on my appointment hours before my appointment. I arrive at the clinic and the clinic was closed. I called 3 different phone numbers to finally get a response and ended up having to reschedule a month later. There's 0 communication, no one has any proper information as to what is going on. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of an hour of driving.

One of the worst health clinic in Sacramento, it has been 3 times one of the employees she is working at the front disc for adult misdirected me, my daughter’s appointment was there but she told me it is not.she is very rude and mean I have ever seen very disorganized clinic and they are not helpful at all as soon as you say something without understanding give you a negative answer if there is below 0 stare I would give it to them

The worst health clinic in California even in USA I can say, if you want to contact them nobody pick the phone, every referral take months to be processed, therefore I have worst experience in this clinic, the front desks the young lady really rude, the Doctors are reckless, finally do not wast your time I do not recommend this clinic to any body.

Front desk girls are so mean, bad attitude and not helpful.
I wish the system has 0 zero star for this place.

Nov 17,20 My appointment was 10: 15am and now it's 11: 10 am they have not called yet and don't know how long will take to call

Nov 21,20 my appointment was 4: 00 pm and it's now almost 5pm they still didn't call

I been calling them so many times yesterday about my test results. They called me at 11: 26am so I called back around 11: 30 and no one was answering so I tried again still nothing. I had them call me back. They also sent me voicemail about when they open all that. It was 2: 25pm. They don't close untill 6pm. They doing too much. Stop playing with me about something serious

Worst place to go. Made an appointment for my mom to see her dr.at 1140am. Waited for almost 2 hours to get in the room after which i waited another 2 hours to see the doctor. This people don't even care. My mom has a stroke sitting on her wheelchair waiting to see the doctor is not like we did not make an appointment. Never again

I set an appointment for 2: 30 pm. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early so I check in at 2: 15. It is now 4: 04 and I have yet to be seen, with no explanation or apologies for the wasting of my time. This is more than ridiculous. I can understand running a few, even up to 20 mins late. But nearly 2 hours? Something isn't right.
Avoid this place if you can.

This place is the worst. Please do not go here. The sevice is trash. The doctors are incompetent.

Receptionist are nice and friendly. However, service is horrible. It's the worst place I have ever been to. Waited more than 3 hours and walked out.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I advise anyone thinking about receiving care from here please go else where.
This place has the badest doctor I ever seen they don’t care about patients I had oppoinment at 3 o’clock but I waited until 5 o’clock still the doctor doesn’t come to see me I waited 3 hour I just waisted my time I left there and go back to my home.

Just an absolute terrible place to go. As of writing this at 4: 02 pm my appointment was supposed to be at 2: 30 but I've been sitting here waiting and being told that they will be with you shortly. I got here at 2: 15 I should not have to wait this long just for an appointment.

We always show up 30 to 45 minutes before appointment, NEVER get seen on time. Always 1 hour 1.5 hours after appointment

I have appointments 8: 45 bit the staff said i have 9 am. I be there 8: 30 and I waiting 9: 20 but I can't see the doctor yet. I don't know what wrong? Why wellspace health set up like that?

We’ve been going there for a while and it’s getting really annoying how rude the lady’s at the front desk are and one of the older bigger lady with burgundy hair was rude to me and my family the whole time. Next time we go we expect better service than what we had today honestly they are grown and should act nicer to the people that walk in because it’s their job. And if they’re in a bad mood they can stay home or just quit and not act rude for no reason.

DENTAL; They rarely answer the phone & when they do you the call mysteriously drops.also they act like they didn’t do referrals until my insurance called they directly, & had to fax them a handbook. Smh DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

This place made me wait 2 hours for an appointment that took 20-30 minutes. I could’ve done something in those 2 hours AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE FOR AN HOUR. I’m honestly so pissed and I just wish that they could be not making me wait for such a long time. I have a life and need to do stuff too.
