So we decided to contact Wen, and from our very first meeting, we knew we'd made the right choice. And from that point on, working with Wen and her team was a fantastic experience. From pricing strategy, to recommended touch-up work, to sourcing inspectors, vendors, handy-persons, and staging, Wen's team helped take care of everything. I'm really happy that I made that decision. Wen and her team were really strong, professional and strategical. They had deep insights and stayed closely to the market trends. They also gave good advice for preparing the property for selling, not only just to make it attractive but also be mindful for both sellers and buyers. The selling process was also much smoother than I expected. It only took 3 days since we stared the open house to snag a good offer.

My first impression of Wen is very professional and responsive. She came to our first meeting prepared. She spoke softly and politely. After comparing to two other agents I decided to work with her on selling my apartment building, which turned out to be one of the best decisions I had ever made. She did not lower her commission to win my business, nor promise high selling price. Instead, she explained what her team would do to ensure every potential buyer sees the property when it goes on the market!

Wen helped us buy our home on 2018 and sell it in 2022. If there’s one word that describes Wen, it’s “unstoppable. ” Or maybe “hustler. ” Hmmm actually maybe “problem solver”? Or “always positive”? Ok I guess that’s like 6 words. But that’s Wen and her team: an unstoppable crew that tackles every problem, and hustles night and day to get their clients the best possible deal. And on top of that, they do it with a cheery attitude. I can’t even describe how out-of-the-box Wen had to go in order to sell our house. But I’ll share one of many anecdotes: before we agreed to work with Wen, we signed an agreement with a stager (big mistake, I should have gone with Wen’s stager). When I saw what my stager had put together, I was mortified: it was bland, empty, and very dated. My wife and I called Wen with knots in our stomachs, and she took a look. She agreed it could be better. And then Wen did her thing that no other agent would ever even conceive of doing: she and Ecem went to target, home goods, and a bunch of other stores, stayed up past midnight replacing items in the house and adding decor, and turned it into a masterpiece. Who does that? Nobody. I’ve worked with several other agents in different markets across the country. None of them would even consider for a millisecond putting that kind of effort into a deal. Nobody will hustle for you the way she and her team do. Oh and on top of that, they’re SO MUCH FUN to work with, always positive and supportive. Real estate is a business of unpredictable deal-making, and you won’t find anyone in any market in any corner of the country who will go as far to make it work for you as Wen will. She and her team are truly one in a million

She is an extremely talented and a consummate Real Estate Professional that delivers. She blends skills that are difficult to find: personable, smart, honest, great communicator, knowledgeable about the industry, driven, strategic and an excellent negotiator. Wen was able to sell our home at the price point we were aspiring for, while other realtors were down playing the market when we were interviewing them. To anyone reading this review, I would tell you to do your research. We must have interviewed 10 realtors from Millbrae, Burlingame, Palo Alto, San Mateo, San Carlos, Hillsborough, by far Wen came ahead in so many levels. What makes the difference with Wen is the precision by which she executes, from the staging to the marketing materials, to the price point. Wen and her team developed an end to end package for us, that was nothing I have ever seen in the real estate market.
