Wendi's Donuts, Rancho Santa Margarita CA

This morning two female cashiers were assisted me one was in training the trainer totally messed up my order, open faced, Everything bagel avocado sausage (cream cheese!) Forgot the cream cheese. No big deal!
then overcharged me because she thought I ordered an extra bagel on the side, again.no big deal!

Until she started raising her voice. Making a scene and acting as though. I somehow was trying to cheat her?
With her Super thick accent, that was Super difficult to understand?

here's a little piece of advise, The next time, just be nice and fix the problem. Instead of arguing

I've only tried this once, but it already hit the five star mark on first impression. I'll be reviewing it again this weekend with an updated rating. Have a good feeling about this one

Went here for the first time today to get doughnuts for my daughters birthday and she gave my daughter a special doughnut for her birthday!

Such great customer service and awesome smiles and friendly attitude so early in the morning

Solid choice for donuts and their bagel sandwiches are great (really loved the veggie sandwich)

I stopped by around 5: 09 am and I got the most wonderful donuts I have EVER eaten! They were very soft and warm, I absolutely loved them!
