Wendy's, Victorville CA

The drive thru attendant entered my order incorrectly. At the window I brought this to her attention. Rather than adding the missed items and apologizing she told me I only charged you for one. I then asked to order and pay for it. The attendant was noticably irritated. She moves slowly and is discourteous, not at all friendly or pleasant.

The staff was quick and courteous. The food was good, as usual. My husband tried a "brought back" sandwich, the Pretzel Spicy Chicken Pub. He's not usually good about chicken sandwiches but he REALLY liked this one. It will definitely rival his Wendy's go-to of the Baconator.

The order was from what we recieved. Had to go back. The chili is usually amazing, This time not the same as prior. Very thinned down.

Had to request straws for our drinks the staff was not friendly and our fries were cold i ate a few right when handed our bags of food. The burger nuggets and chicken sandwich were flawless as usual. Night staff needz to be more friendly maybe retrained on their customer service. Its aĺ in the positice attitude and they did not have any at all very dry and quiet. A very disappointing and dull trip to Wendy's in Victorville.

Placed a large order ($200) the night before and paid in full. Order was not ready at needed time, was not packed well (sodas spilled), and they shorted me on the order. Now they will only offer a gift card to rectify the situation instead of refund. I never want to set foot in their restaurant nor do business with them again. Waiting on district manager to contact.

We ordered the breakfast baconator, and the sandwich was really good. Instead if hash browns like everyone else, they have home fries. Those were delicious as well. The reason for the poor rating was the customer service at this location. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and it was cold. The cashier was not friendly at all, and when asked what was taking so long, she replied "I only hand out what they make. " Will not go to this location again.

Servers were great and so was most of our lunch. Husbands spicy chicken sandwich was mostly unbeatable. Chicken was hard and he couldnt eat it.

Ordered Food And They Didn't Have American Cheese And The Manager Thought It Was Ok To Put Swiss And Not Say Anything To Me Beforehand.

There REALLY needs to be a reconfiguration of the drive-thru! It's such a pain to get in and out! Other than that, I have no complaints.

Food was great, but the service was just ok.
We asked for Ranch and BBQ Sauce and we didn't get any sauce at all. We went through your drive thru and didn't notice until we got half way home to Lucerne Valley. We stopped at a park to have a picnic.
Kinda disappointed
I couldn't eat my fries because they are dry without sauce.
Wasted money for me.

The staff where courteous and proactive with our order. I love going here, getting some chicken nuggets and a frosty, their new spicy chicken nuggets especially pair well.

Used to love Wendy's but yesterday I ordered a triple Dave's combo to go. It was the WORST! SOGGY GREASY BUN, OVERSALTED AND JUST DID NOT COME CLOSE TO WHAT I EXPECTED. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Great prices. You get a meal for $4: 00 or $5: 00. If you are on a budget or have several kids, this is the place to come. Now, if you have kids with healthier appetites, there's the baconator meal. My kind. Enjoy

Terrible - the beef had a spoiled after taste. The atmosphere is less then desirable, people hanging around, with shopping carts, smelly odors. The saving grace was the outstanding customer service.

Friendly staff, fast service, very crowded, parking lot full of tweekers and beggers. Would be four stars but kind if dated and hard to get in and out of. Overall ok experience

Okay i guess. Didn't like all the Spanish language chatter, coming from the staff. Feel sorry for the coworkers who didn't understand.

Food was ok. It has been better. Restroom was NASTY. Very slow for being empty. Maybe 15 minutes for part of the order then another 6-7 minutes for the rest. One of the lady's was very polite but the other was VERY rude. We was there for about an hour maybe a little over and there was a pile of dirt and trash on the floor never cleaned and the trash was out of the big holder's sitting out in the walk way filled over the top. It has been cleaner in there before.

The place was an absolute mess, there were trays full of peoples trash that wasnt thrown away, dirty tables etc. But the food was good

Been having bad day had bad experience at this Wendy’s I was trying to order and they said there card machines are down all I wanted was 4-4 deal guess Wendy’s now days going cash only can’t even use my debit card Won’t be coming here again annoyed by the inconvenience
