Wendy's, Sun City CA

Today they over closed 2 hours early, and because of this I just had to go hungry for m work shift.
Regardless of today, this site has given me the most incorrect orders of any Wendy's I've been to.

No indoor eating or a sign to say so. Horrible line, screwed up order, will not return to this location. Fix it.

Horrible experience. Locations had nothing stocked in the dinning room. I ask for no salt on French fry’s and I ended up getting salt I ask for a fresh spicy and got an old spicy that tasted like it’s been sitting for over an hour. I know what I’m talking about because I used to be an ASM for the Hemet location for 7 years. Somebody needs to get that Wendy’s in shape.

Decided to use the app for first time, I ordered from my local store and paid. When I arrived they said no salads available there. When I asked how they took my order and payment she said she didn't know. And nothing she could do. She said to call customer service but of course not available at this time. I will never use the app nor buy from this establishment again. If your system can't update itself then what's it use?

Went to return food that was freezing cold, and was argued with instead of trying to fix the problem. The night shift on Tuesday is absolutely terrible. Also gave me the wrong food after I went back. So messed up twice. She would never be aloud to work at my establishment.

Actually Wendy's isn't that bad. I would give them a 4 star but then that's putting them up with steak and shake and that's not even close so it'll have to stay at a 3 for now. Just know it's a 3 plus because the rating system makes it have to be. Lol. Good service, respectful employees and a clean e establishment. I love that I can actually see the grill so I can see my food b being prepared. That's a big plus when it comes to fast food for me. Love ya Wendy's. You got it going on in my book.

Management is horrible. Left only two people working an entire drive thru. Took way too long, but not really the workers fault. Whoever let it happen should lose their job though. 9/4/21

If you order a Burger with bacon. Double-check before you leave the window. There's a 50/50 it's not there. Same with ordering a double or a triple burger. Count the patties. They're right about half the time.

Old nasty fries I ask for fresh one they look like they been sitting there for overnight, fry guy not experienced or don't care.

Orderd online, but wasn't very clear how to pick up. When I arrived they said to come to counter but the doors were locked and called then they said go to drive thru, it would be helpful if they gave more directions on picking up food and they forgot a drink but otherwise it worked out

Ordered online carry out. Only you can't carry out. No instructions had to call only to be told to use the drive thru. They forgot a drink and our Hamburger was dry and way over cooked. You can do better than that!

Dont get me wrong the meat and stuff is good everything is except the bread and i cant put into words how many sandwhiches i have gotten that are so dry please moisten them up

This restaurant was very clean. The people where nice and very helpful.
Gilbert did great to make sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful!

Totally left off one meal on my order then made me wait forever when i came back for it and the fries were old and cold, and she made me feel like i did something wrong when i asked if everything was in there! They close at 7pm now also! No vanilla frostys! Wake up Wendys in n out always gets my order right and hot!

Great remodel! More seating and updated design. Food was excellent as well. Very quick in the dinner rush.
