Wendy's, San Diego CA

Food, service, and accuracy were fine, no issues. Had an issue with the homeless man standing by the order intercom asking for money while your window is rolled down to order.

Ordered a burger, they gave me a chicken sandwich, but when I came back they already knew what they did wrong, and gave me a free frostie. It was vanilla, but still a frostie nonetheless. It was nuts.

No stars! I don't know what that was- I ordered a plain no cheese Dave"s single with lettuce and mustard only and I was so sick I thought I had Covid19! It took a day to get it out of my system. In all the years that has never happened. Do better!

They forgot part of my order and the wait was insane and I had to get back in the long line at the drive thru to get the rest of my order witch when I finally got home over an hour later was incorrect. I checked the bag the b4 I left and when I opened the wrapping it wasn't even what I paid for.

I just love the Wendy's Summer Strawberry Salad and the Strawberry Lemonade. But you are forced to go through the Drive through.
Restaurant area has constantly been closed and the girls that were in the window to the drive-through haven't been not friendly lately.
But I still will continue to eat there.

It’s a Wendy’s. It’s good. The customer service experience on my behalf has always been nice and I go here often. Good food!

Staff behind the register lack training. The manager had to explain what the Frosty Card was for. Otherwise a good shop.

I was there around 3: 30pm Sunday and the person that was working the front was very good at doing the work. Very efficient, accomodating and friendly, which I know is not that easy to keep up with all the different type of people that come in. I would give a 5 star rating for the employee, but only giving 3 for the store because other fast food places are already making tables available for dine in, but Wendy's apparently doesnt care to do that.
So, between them and "the Golden Arches" they're ok to let you in and purchase food, but then they want you out! Oh.and the fries were hard! They seem to mix fries that were sitting there, with fresh ones, so that you "wont notice". But we do, because I was only able to eat a portion of them and was not enough.

I’m an Uber Eats Driver and if I had control over it (as a self employed person should) I would refuse to do business with this location. The extremely unprofessional staff made me wait in a 30 minute long drive through line rather than simply allowing me to enter the store to pick up the food. To make matters worse, I already had some other poor customer’s food in my car getting cold this whole time. This is altogether unacceptable, unprofessional, and lazy. The food has already been ordered (although when I called, a worker said I had to order it all in the drive through) and should be prepared on my arrival. Clearly the employees can’t handle their normal customers and should not be trusted with the additional responsibility of Uber Eats orders as it seems simply too much for them to take.

They messed up my breakfast and when I went back they said they couldn’t remake my food because they stoped serving breakfast. You shouldn’t have messed up my food Tf.

I should've checked my order. I was in the mood for a Jalapeno popper chicken sandwich and ended up with a double bacon cheese burger, not a fan. But I live approximately 10-15 min.away. Needless to say, I didn't get a receipt and I didn't feel like going.

The food was look warm and felt microwaved. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it just wasn't good the customer service was okay.

It always surprises me how long the drive thru line can be for Wendy's. I can understand In-N-Out, but this is Wendy's. That being said, I think their Chicken Sandwich on a pretzel bun is a revelation and definitely worth the wait! Plus the frostys are better than any junk from McDonalds.

Wendy's is one of my favorite go to places for it's great value and menu selections. You would be hard pressed to beat its bang for your buck! Welcoming smiles are the norm of the North Park neighborhood crew working your order out for you with fast, friendly, and experienced service. I have come to realize and appreciate so much more each time I visit this San Diego local gem. Thanks for making my $10 more than enough to eat, drink, and enjoy! With change back for my pocket like a cherry on top.

Damn good Wendy's location.its been here a long time, serving juicy hamburgers better than McD, or Jack, and that damn good chilli

Always takes a really long time and the drive thru line doesn’t stop people from joining from two different directions which has cause issues twice in my handful of trips there.

Cheap food and the scene here is super good. Service is awesome even when they are busy. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers.

A top site for delicious Cheap food. Visited on Sat I believe. Looking forward to going back again. The place has a great feel to it. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.
