We tried it for the first time, the burger was tasty and the service was fast, compared to other chains of similar items I can say the flavor rates on the higher level, but is still a fast food place, good for a quick bite when in need

All the staff are very fast, efficient, friendly and more than willing to accommodate any special requests always with a smiling face and good attitude. I really appreciate their service. It makes us want to come here even when we're farther away and closer to other options.

Wendy and I go way back! Cant ever go wrong when you go to Wendy's always super bomb Wendy's has in my opinion the best burgers out there the only thing I wished they would hurry on is the strawberry frosty! Then it would be perfection

Fast service Great baked potatoes but the crispy chicken sandwiches they're old I had to ask for a fresh one when I received it it was a big difference like night and day so when you order the crispy chicken sandwiches make sure you ask for fresh the way it should be served.it didn't take very long to receive the crispy chicken sandwich ss it's fresh and it was great. Don't know what they do but it seems like for the chicken to be old they must precook it and use improper storage techniques critical control points. Hot food storage 140° and above. Almost all fast food places don't follow protocol for food storage any hot foods have to be stored at 140° and above any cold food storage at 40° and below this is what the state requires when you take the card handlers test but nobody seems to follow it and there's no enforcement so it's up to people like us to make sure to ask for fresh every time. That's the Wendy's protocol fresh. They've no problem with fresh service. Overall it's a great place for a bite.

There was puke in the bathroom sink when the employee let me in, so I told him and he said he knew, but didn't do anything about it, so I ended up washing my hands in the employee area. Burger meat was not fresh at all

They always get my order wrong and I have to go back. I'm never going back this was the third time same guy took my order. He even repeated it back to me.

I order here at least once or twice a week for the office and have easily spent over a grand within 4 months. Most of the time orders are correct, sometimes you can tell the nuggets have been sitting for a while and others they give you a small fri instead of the large I ordered but that's why it's good to check before leaving. Other than that, they have a solid crew and provide great service and good food.

They have good ice cream the hamburgers are good and you have to wear a mask when you go inside that's a good thing everybody's clean nobody's spreading germs

Tried to use an offer on the mobile app that didn't expire until a couple of days after, but the manager did not allow the order to go through. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Just stopped in for a mixed chocolate and vanilla cone.it's pretty new. They could of made the dining room bigger. The one thing that is no good, is the largest part of the dining area is nothing but glass window the whole length and not any covering from the hot sun. Only sat in there once, it was overcast yesterday.

This Wendy night crew are very rude trying to hurry everyone up and they forgot all mostly my whole order that just sad the shift runner doesn’t know how to work or what

We love to go out. Last night we arrived in this superb place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely time there with high-qulity meal and an efficient crew and a talented cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall definitely return soon. We deeply recommend.

A new location that just opened up this year. Very clean and the staff is quick. The food tastes just as fresh as any other Wendy's. Definitely keep any Wendy's coupons you get in the mail if you come here often, you can get combo meals for five dollars.

Love the food but they never have any real special's on there signature items like other fast food chains only on small cheaper stuff same with there coupon's.

This new location is very nice and clean, I really enjoy eating my favorite fast food here, the dinning area layout has some lounge areas to relax. Completely different feeling eating than in the dirty and outdated restaurants. Drive thru is super fast and waiting time for eating in is usually no longer than 5 minutes.

The frosty is still a cool treat. Get a half&half chocolate/vanilla. The new jalapeno fries are waaaaayyyy to salty.

I've been going here every night around, 10pm. The nightshift is incredible. However, the day shift is a joke. I went in around 630pm. The screen showed that my order WAS taken properly. However, I get home and see that they gave me a burger when I asked for a chicken sandwich. They did NOT give me a receipt so I can't even take my ruined meal back and the icing on the cake? The frosty they gave me had a loose lid and it leaked all over my car's floor. UNACCEPTABLE!

My boyfriend and I are very happy with the food and service from this Wendy's at Beach Blvd.and Orangewood. We like their chili - it is very flavorful and has more beef in it than the Wendy's off of Edinger. I also love their Apple Pecan Chicken Salad - it is so tasty and yummy! It is the perfect blend of flavors.bleu cheese, crisp apples, candied pecans, chicken and lettuce, with a flavorful pomegranate dressing to top it off. The staff is also great here, especially Estrella, who is so friendly and sweet, even though my dog barks at her every time. She was kind enough to give my boyfriend (a senior) and me the 10% senior discount, even though I forgot to ask for it. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend giving them a try!
