19Went to the drive thru on Sat Dec 10 supposed to be open until 1230 am waited in line behind 3 other cars that got to place their order pulled up to them shutting off the mic and turning on the automated recording that they were CLOSED it was only 1145 pm. Could see staff inside and of course the other 3 cars getting served. I want answers
Well I had initially given them a bad review about 5 minutes ago on another site the Wendy's on North Chester 2501 North Chester however the GM Arlene just came out walked over to my car and gave me 2 large coffees which is the ones that I was asking for at the window and They said no absolutely not they would not do it even though I pay for 2 large coffees to make up Kept I'm asking for she said please do not give me bad review hear Are your coffees have a good day thank you so much and and so yeah I would say 5 stars because she took care of what the problem was and they did not ask her what ithey could do it they just lied so I appreciate that 100% Arlene is the s*** she's awesome She did everything she needed to do to make me happy as a customer and I appreciate it very much so yeah if you like Wendy's got A2501 North jester when Arlene's work and she's absolutely great so make sure you get everything you want just the way you want it
I am simply tired of going to restaurants and not getting what I paid for. Every single time I will be checking your orders. I deserve a refund. CA gas is not cheap! I want the restaurant managers name and a corporate number. This is ridiculous! #Wendy's
My wife and I had lunch at Wendy's on Monday on north Chester in Bakersfield CA and you can not get any better deal than Wendy's $5 biggy bags and the dining room was very nice and warm and we had a really nice lunch and a really good deal
I got a piece of chicken w/mayo on a bun. That's it. Jacked up price and I got a dry sandwich. Mom got the Caesar salad with no dressing. Before that I ordered a hamburger patty for my dog and it was not in the bag. I'm done with Wendy's
First time for our Granddaughter, to bad there was a lettuce shortage. We were traveling to L. A.coming from Selma. Other than that it's was Good. Service Great.
I'm not too big on their food, but that is just a personal opinion. I'm sure there are others who enjoy it more than I do. The service is good, very friendly and the restaurant is usually clean. Rough neighborhood, but it shouldn't reflect negatively on the quality of their service.
The Service Here Has Just Gotten Worse Overtime. They Barely Deserve Three Stars Honestly. When My Family And I Eat Here I Expect My Order To Be Incorrect Because It’s The New Norm. And Customers Service Is At An All Time Low.
I went in there yesterday the dinning area was disgusting not clean at all the tables had food and crumbs and there was fries all over the floor including a whole box of fries and fried were cold and some were hard
Everything great here just had one of those days where the grilled chicken was over cooked it made it to where it was near the toughness of jerky but I did not circle back around because they seemed to busy with no one inside a maybe 2 cars behind me. I like eating at Wendy's but its seems no one is trained to do a custom order or just cook the chicken to the right temp and texture
Dining room was closed even though we were there between normal hours, strawberry frosty had minimal flavor.
Unless you want to be made to feel like you’re a complete bother for ordering wendys at wendys, and get your order wrong in the process, avoid this location.seriously, it’s worth it to drive to a different one.
Dining room is constantly closed despite their web site saying there is a dining room available.only restaurant in the area with no dining room and the drive through stays lengthy and cars are all the way out into the street.food is constantly incorrect/cold. Not an establishment worth my business any longer.
I visit frequently for breakfast. Though their lunch/dinner foods are great, you can’t beat their biscuit sandwiches (especially when they’re on a deal). Also, if you like sweetened coffee, don’t sleep on the Frosty-ccinos. So yummy!
The bad reviews shocked me, as I've never been provided with anything less than A+ service. I don't think many people put two and two together that the wait times are primarily due to the food being made to order. Even then the wait is rarely longer than 10 minutes total, and that's if there's a long line at the drive-thru. Without a line, I'm usually in and out in under 2 minutes. Frankly I've waited much longer for subpar food at McDonalds, so this compromise is hardly unreasonable.
Plus the customer service is outstanding. The employees are all super chill, friendly and perfectly professional. I can't even remember the last time they got my order wrong, in fact most of them remember it & even recognize my voice! I really can't see how the service could be improved. I think most people just go out of their way to find things to be upset over and/or have ridiculous conceptions of time, especially when they feel it's being wasted via lack of instant gratification.
Just tried to get some food but it took forever. Come to find 3 of the employees sitting out front of the building smoking pot. Really couldn't hold off until after work. Horrible service
I was in drive thru forever it seemed like, it takes alot of time just to get your food. Service was ok not to bad.

Inside has been closed down for over a year. Drive-thru is slow and 25 30 minute wait ridiculous for fast food. Will not be coming to this Wendy's anymore. The owner should be embarrassed of the way his restaurant is being run.
