Wendy's, San Diego CA

Breakfast here was really good! Deffinatly try the honey chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. It's delicious. Staff is always so friendly at the drive-thru and always in their "A" game!

Food was good but the restaurant lobby was untidy.tables had crumbs and spills. The bathroom trash was full.nasty sink
The young cashiers were joking around and the Manager/Asst Manager was sitting at a corner table in the lobby in her cell phone!

Service was horrible. The drive thru order representative came off as if she didn't want to be there and maybe she didn't but once again it's a service. This was Dec 6th around 10am.

She’s takes look at me then my food was bad, the bread was burned looking dark and Oil all around the bread… Will never buy from your Wendy’s company again never never again.

Good food and this particular Wendy's has really fast service it seems like. I've come here maybe 20 or so times and they are almost always really fast. Food comes as ordered. Recommend it.

The spicy chicken sandwich is so bad nowadays that they sometimes for get to put any chicken in the sandwich! I had bought 2 but both were horrible!

Just tried the strawberry Frosty. It wasn’t bad, but the chocolate one is the best anyhow. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean inside. The restrooms were also well-maintained. I wish they would turn up the A/C a little more considering the recent (never ending) heat wave, but it was fine enough. Their fries have improved since the last time I was here. They used to be way too salty, but now they are just right.

They can't seem to control the air conditioning. For some reason the dining room is always hot and the poor employees are sweating it out in the back. Can't be good for morale and I know I don't enjoy coming in from 90 degree weather too easy fast food in a 85 degree dining room.

Food is fine even though the employees have too deal with stifling heat.

Just stopped in to use the restroom on this trip. It was clean and met my expectations. I didn't stop in to eat however but from my first impression was positive. I would have no problem dining here the next time I stop by.

Nice, young gentleman up at the front taking care of the place; always sweeping/staying busy. Food was meh - it's Wendy's.

I love this Wendy's because you never know what you're gonna get irrespective of what you order. I bought food at this place the first night I moved into this apartment and got the wrong thing. I'm moving out tomorrow so I decided to eat here one last time; ordered a Dave's single and got some sort of dry chicken sandwich comprised only of chicken, lettuce and bread.

I normally wouldn't give a 5 star to a fast food establishment but this particular moment deserved it.service through the drive thu was quick. Food was fresh. And the lady working the drive thru window was polite.

We got there around 7pm and it was almost empty and no big line in the drive-through. The food was fine but the lobby was very dirty. We had to wipe off our own table and the inside trash bins were overflowing. An older gentleman mentioned it to the young man taking orders. He came out with a broom and spent only 2 minutes sweeping. In our opinion, there was no excuse for the poor shape of the interior. Being at the Wendy's in 4S you would expect much better.

Got the deal advertised on the app. Buy 1 premium sandwich, get one for $1. Great value for the sumptious meals. Manager was accommodating and friendly

Horrible Classic Chicken Sandwich today. Dry like it had been reheated several times. Edges were thin and hard.
Fries and coke were good!
So disappointed since this is one of my favorite sandwiches.

Ordering was a bit painful considering the place was empty, and their 'high-tech' drink dispenser is NOT intuitive. Food was good and hot.

We were there this past Sunday morning around 8am and the customer service at the drive thru was so disappointing. When we arrived we were sad to see the dining room was closed but we understood. So my husband decided to use the app to place our order. While placing the order the app gave the ONLY option of PICK UP in drive thru. So the order was placed we were instructed by the app to go to the drive thru. We're at the drive thru stating we placed an order thru the app and the drive thru cashier promptly said she sees no order and to proceed to the drive thru window. We arrived at the window we could see the employee was at the cashier counter and yells out the reason she didn't see the order was because my husband had placed the order for pick up at the dining room which was closed. Rude! She so quickly put the blame on my husband, which suggest to me that her customer service is consistently poor! We received our order and once again we were disappointed, it was cold. I've been a fan of Wendy's for decades and to be treated this way was so unnecessary. We will not be returning

Wendy's at the time of the visit looks little bit messy tables looks kind a dirty and also the floors.food was delicious and served very fast

It is really fast and they are friendly but I keep getting cold fries and nuggets from them ️

Food is good, expected of Wendy’s but this branch frequently does not check all items before handing off the order. Third time in the last 6 months they have forgotten an item with my order, very sloppy staff.
