18To be the most expensive, the quality of the food should be better. This is the second time I used the drive through and instead of a nice hot, or even warm hamburger, I received what is known at Wendy's as chili meat. Paying too much to get a cold burger and fries. Please do better.
I worked there. They're understaffed and I got hired on them immediately bullied by a 50 year old woman with 2 inch long bedazzled false lashes. Best of luck to this place
If they get my order correct, the food quality is good and is nice a hot out of the bag. However, today I’ve ordered the small single Pretzel cheeseburger and they upsized me to a large but since I was in a hurry and a tad frustrated waiting in (second in line from the speaker box) for 7 minutes, decided to expedite things I will just grab my food and leave. The screen was dirty and with the reflection of the sun I could make out what my order was on the screen, if it was working. All she asked if I wanted a single and what kind of drink; I assumed everything will be fine. Paid, got my card back without the receipt then was handed my food thinking the receipt was in the bag. 30 minutes later getting back to my destination to eat, I’ve noticed they’ve given me a regular cheeseburger. I would had never ordered a regular cheese burger especially for that price. Not cool. And I didn’t have any receipt to show for it. Lessened learned get a verbal confirmation if they received my order correct and to double check the order by opening the wrapper to see if it is correct. It may slow down their line if it is rush hour but which customer want to zip around and wait in line again or walk in after going through the drive through to get their order correct.
A few no nos, first they close the dime inn! With the excuse they can't find people to work.
And they remove the vanilla frosty and substitute with only strawberry or now the peppermint! Awful decisions!
Love Wendy's but every time I've come here recently, the fries weren't fresh and way too salty. Has happened a few times in a row now
Hostess thru my food towards me like I was an animal or something. The older lady had a attitude before I got there. She was snapping at another employee because of the drive-thru. Never going there again!
Why is the inside closed at 5: 30? The drive thru is always packed, what's the problem? Lack of employees? Are you guys not paying them well or what's the issue for this continuos problem Wendy's?
I visited this location this afternoon and the overall friendliness and professionalism of the member taking my order, at the intercom, was subpar. As I pulled forward to the window there was no eye contact, greeting, nor smile just a matter-of-fact attitude. They didn't acknowledge me as a person and, in fact, one of the 3 females at the window handed me my drink looking in the opposite direction. It seemed like a subtle disrespect. This was a total lack of just the basic customer service and display of professionalism I've come across in a while. I did think about calling the manager to voice my concerns; however, I concluded that this behavior is directly related to the current leadership at this location, because this is the second time leaving this location feeling like the employees aren't friendly nor professional.
Went through their drive thru tonight & ordered a Apple Pecan Salad & Southwest Avocado Salad. My dressing for the Apple Pecan Salad was already opened when I came home & took the items out of the bag and it leaked all over my items…unacceptable!
Went through the drive through at 11pm last night and the lady working drive through was rolling her eyes just being so unpleasant
It's Wendy's. Great for what it is. You want a well prepared greasy burger, you found the right place. It's a very good clean Wendy's.
Waited a long long line cause the restaurant is closed and service is only offered in the drive-thru. But waited cause the Baconator burguer is delicious
Arrived at 8am. I wanted to dine in. But was told dine in was closed. Even though it stated on the door 7am open for dining. I then pulled up to the drive through and the breakfast menu was not up. The manager had to come out and change the display. No biggie. I started to order, it then crossed my mind to ask if I could pay with my phone. Manager said that at this time they were not accepting apple or Samsung pay️
What kind of business are we running here. Oh well jack in the box it is.
Really wonderful Wendy’s location. Food always seems fresher here than other locations, and the staff are extremely friendly!
Inside of the restaurant is always closed so only option 90% of the time is the drive threw that's usually a 30 minute wait!
Waited 30 min during curbside pickup just for me to go inside and see the receipt on the counter. But they were too busy to get into it. What’s the point of the app if you have to go inside and remind them?
Hot day. Went for Frosties. Yummy. We love them especially the chocolate. Icy. Not too heavy like normal milkshake. Sit on patio by the pool and enjoy.
Great location, food was great, clean, service and friendly staff good, I would say the only thing to improve is that they need to clean the restroom more often. Other than that everything great.
