Wendy's, Folsom CA

Can not for the life or them get my order right. Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

Ahhhh, well not use to the new employees that are hired now days. Can definitely see robots replacing the staff at fast food chains.

Just the wait switching people on drive up order mid way then to add insult they missed one order of the pub fries no big deal unless you ask them if they can give you an order of them happy to pay if I wasn't charged no biggie nope just kept saying sorry freggin unreal not sure what to even call that

Worst Wendy's still in business, at the speaker to order food with two people in front of me asked to wait both cars left with their order before I was asked what I wanted. One of the things I always order is a large chocolate Frosty (it's my favorite), they didn't tell me that they were out of chocolate and tried to hand me a vanilla and play it off as chocolate. Fries aren't salted and burger is cold. Starting to realize why Wendy's is going out of business! Worst experience ever!

I ordered two number six combos and my fries were very very cold. I thought when do use make fresh fries every time someone orders, guess not.

I came by today, 08/24/2022, and had the absolute best service. The employee, Sergei, who I mention by name because he was amazing, greeted me happily and took my order. When I got to the window, he was a true gem who asked about my day and was manning the entire restaurant by itself. I did not see anyone else there at all. He chatted with me as he was working to get my order and was a genuine pleasure. Hire more people like this man and give him a raise!

A friend and I wanted a taco salad and it was great. Had not been to this restaurant for many years. Will be going back

Not bad for their product. My main complaint is why isn't this open for in room dining. Sometimes one may be coming from the Palladio or not in their vehicle and can't go in the drive thru. Please reopen the dining room under normal business hours and I may change my review. That is all. Thank you and appreciate what Wendy's has to offer

They closed the doors and posted on the doors to call a number to open the doors. We called them four times and they picked fifth time to tell us that they don't open the doors and we had to use drive through. We were little disappointed. Other than that food was as same as any Wendy's. I felt Frosty was smaller than the one we had in Bay area.

Wendy's is where I go when I want a burger that tastes like home.thats all that needs saying.

Fast service, polite staff, and we got exactly what we ordered! I have no reason not to give this one high marks!

I've come here to get my food. It's always close during rush hour, and I see a few ppl drive to the drive-thru to see no one inside on the weekends 3times already, and today it made me even madder because I was on my lunch break, and I placed my order online for pick up and had to turn around and cancel it.

Twice in a row now, this location has been closed over an hour before their posted hours. If they're short staffed and unable to remain open, they need to update their hours to reflect this.

We waited over 25 min in drive thru line. No coffee, sprite was missing syrup, no straws! Just close if this is the service we will receive!
