There's always at least one item that cost more when they ring it up then it says on their menu.

The manager is actively lying about the prices.

BAIT AND SWITCH is illegal in California.

The staff is very friendly.

Got the wrong sandwich. Went back to exchange it, the manager and employees blamed me that I ordered wrong. I didn’t, I always ask for a number 2. It’s no subs. They never gave me a receipt, they do that so that you don’t call the number on the receipt and give them criticism for their bad service. Worst Wendy’s experience.

Wendy's is probably one of my favorite nationwide fast food chains, the quality is solid. The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating.

The drive-through person didn't get my order right so how do we order over and they were out of lettuce

It's Wendy's. Drive through people are always in too much of a hurry. Slow down a bit.

Horrible, I left my vehicle on the street and I didn't want to attend to it because it's walking! It was a racist act!

Used to be a decent Wendy's, but now they keep on getting orders wrong/missing. Crew is at least still friendly, but they're not as accurate as they used to be.

The food was very good but the drive-thru went fairly slow. It was about 3-4 mins per car when I was there. There were 5-6 cars in front of me. Also, I had to wait even longer because they had to cook my sandwich even though I ordered ahead on the mobile app about 10 mins before I got to the drive thru. The one saving grace was the girl that brought my food to the car was apologetic and thanked me for waiting.

Terrible service by martha 2 lemon wedges came out to be $2.29 poor crystal loomed emberass to even charge that.

Got to love Wendy's I've only been able to use the drive-through all year but it's been a standby we go to the drive-through and then go to the park over at Lindley and sit and watch the basketball players and sometimes some people come kids come in and it's some it's a lovely place to eat since you can't do indoor dining then traditional my mom and and even the ex-bf LOL I work there when I was 16 so I like their burgers you can always order them the choice they also have great salads

Wendy's on Sepelvida, is the most disorganized location and most unprofessional staff. Time, like drinks and french fries are missing on deliveries. Uber drivers are not allowed to pick up at drive thru, while main lobby is closed. Most horrible and unprofessional business operations. Fraudulent business. Rude staffing.

Tried the new breakfast menu here. It's good. I ordered everything over the mobile app. It was easy. The items were good. A nice alternative to mcdonald's.

Marco the suppose Manager, ask who I was when I asked to speak to a Manager, new employee there training, you assist those that are new to your staff, I ordered a baked potatoes sour cream chives, no butter or salt, no sour cream. I don't blame the new employee, but the Manager is responsible for his staff and for issues that occurred today, "

Was not 2 busy of a drive through line 4 me to try the son of a baconator! It was not bad but senior is a better choice.

Got the 4 for 4 and ended up getting cold meat on my burger and undercooked chicken nuggets after asking for them a little well done. The only things that were correct were the fries and the drinks. Never EVER coming back here again.

I haven't been to the Wendy's at top of the hill yet but most of the Wendy's are pretty delicious and pretty good got a good product and I liked the beef because you can taste the pp can tell the difference between good and bad be okay one not beef in other words that's good beef okay thank you

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their service is always good and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

Ordered from postmates no option for butter or sour cream added to potato. No option for utensils. I called several times, phone was busy. I didn't recieve sour cream, butter or utensils
