17They take forever to cook the food especially if your order any chicken sandwich. When they finally bring it out there's usually something missing or the order is incorrect.
Things got a little messed up with the order but they made it right and we're very happy.
Ordered a decaf coffee (which was listed on the menu) and then AFTER I paid for it was told they don't sell decaf. Had to convince them to refund me for the coffee. Then on top of that they gave me a small size drink when I ordered a medium. The fries were also cold. Cashier's were very rude.
One of the managers there is very mean and rude not polite at all the other one is very nice I'm sure you'll be able to figure out which one you have at the window
The lady at the drive thru was wonderful but not really the place to go if you are counting calories
The Boss lady greeted me with enthusiasm and sincerity. The food was excellent! Both restaurants have the best service.
Ordered 6 items, when I received it I was missing items. I was told to “ask for refund” there’s no number that’s letting me until Monday. Such poor customer service, my other items were cold and overcooked.
We love going here! The manager that is full of energy and positivity is why we'll be back. The food is always hot and fresh. Restaurant is clean and finally we found a restaurant where the floors are sticky.
Been in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. I'd back up if there wasn't cars behind me.
I've gone through the drive-thru twice this week and both times there weren't more than two cars ahead of me but I still spent about 15 minutes either just waiting to order or get my food. To make matters worse, their order system sounds glitchy and they have a hard time hearing you if you're not yelling your order at them.
This last time I went will be my last. Both of the kids meals I ordered came without the juices and one was missing the toy.
Melanie was awesome and brightened our day I wish more fastfood personel are as nice as her and her crew we will definitely be back WTG Melanie and the evening crew at wendy's on noble.
Refused our out of town coupons. Inexperienced kids or greedy franchise owners? To sell something is better than nothing.

Service is kinda trash, every time I go through here they ALWAYS give me the wrong order, here and there I might get one thing right but everything else is always wrong, they can't seem to put the right food in the right bag.
Great food! The 4 for 4 deal is dope! Get you the double stack burger and you'll be satisfied an not all stuffed an bloated!
I love Wendy's better than Carl's jr and burger king i just wish they had better digital coupons i want a Baconator with cheese.
The drive thru went pretty fast and I had the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with the classic breaded chicken breast and it rocked. It was best ever! I got my $2 key tag for free little Frosties all year. Mmmmm yummy!
