4 stars for fast burger category.worker out side substituting the broken drive-tru is a nice touch. I think it should be a permanent spot.atmosphere gets deducted extra points because I could not find any of their specials online.posted around the store or anywhere?
Gave wrong order after paying for special burger.ripped me off and couldn't go back cause I had to work.
Normally stay away from negative reviews but, This used to be one of my favorite consistant fast food burger spots in the area, but I'm not sure what happened. Pulled into the drive-thru, and a young man was there with pants sagging and who was spitting on the floor directly between himself and my vehicle numerous times before I even finished my order. Wanted to try the ghost pepper fries and add extra sauce but the ran out when asked if I could add it to a burger. Ended up with a classic single, $6 biggy bag and lemonade, but am sad to say the lemonade was the best part. Unfortunately don't think I'll be going there in the future, good luck Wendy's this facility needs pple that care.
Do not order from this Wendy's. I always get my delivery order messed up. They leave out main parts of the order, or give you someone else's order. Do not waste your money ordering from them.
Almost every time I've gone to this Wendy's it is drive thru only, this is very upsetting for people like me who don't have to drive/don't have a car. It is very disappointing because when I am able to go inside and order the food is always great but it is always disappointing when I walk over only to read a sign that they are only taking drive thru orders
The food was lacking. The lobby did not Stock straws or napkins. I had to request them from the employee. The lobby felt old and outdated and I could not see the kitchen very well to know my food is being prepared in a clean environment.
If you're going to offer a chicken wrap, maybe learn how to fold a tortilla so that it doesn't get all over your car when you open it. At least the fries were good
I ordered 3 items, two food items and a frosty. Both food items were wrong so after I corrected one and realized the second was still messed up I was too annoyed to even want the second item. I understand the person at the counter was new but when it comes to the customer you should listen to what they want first and make sure it’s complied with instead of thinking you know the menu.
Not sure what the drive thru person's problem is, but rudeness is uncalled for. Also serving the oldest, coldest fried potatoes is just gross.
We went for a couple frosties and baked potatoes.
When we going there the line was 2 cars in front of us so not sure busy I'm thinking it was just shortly before we got there. We were rushed to order and when we got home no sauces no straws and no fries and one of the potatoes was wrong I understand sometimes things get crazy.
They forgot my cookie and the dine in was closed. They made me go through the drive through (which is a 20 minute wait) to grab it.: (
On a hot day I asked my child in the back would you like to get a Frosty? She said what's a Frosty? Then I realized I clearly don't do fast food enough! We went to this Wendy's and there was a lady standing out in the Drive-Thru with her headset and pad of some sort taking orders. She looked tired she looks hot but she was personable and handed as a menu that was laminated with the numbers of what they had available. We wound up getting a chicken tender meal of some sort with a Frosty. My daughter asked for a straw and I looked at her and said clearly you don't know you eat these with a spoon. My daughter gave this Frosty a five stars and said this is a good Shake!
Consistently fast service, never any issues, rarely backed up drive-thru.
I'm from the East Coast, I just expect the fast food experience to be awful when I go bc the employees are severely underpaid. When I see the low reviews on this Wendy's I expected the same but I've been here 6-7 times now in half a year and it's always been fast, hot, and exactly what I ordered. That's a 5 star experience at a Wendy's, idk what anyone else could ask for.
So go through drive thru and guy hands me a empty drink holder and I ask him you are giving me a empty drink holder he says yes so you can put the drinks in it. So he then starts handing my 5 drinks out the window. No straws and handed me one drink at a time. I looked around like I was being pranked. Who is training them. Would of saved so much time to just hand me drinks once. WOW.
Update, Wendy’s has gone down hill. Staff is great just the food quality went down. Could t finish anything after one bite
Still amazing, such hot good food. The all guy crew is a little slower but what they lack in speed, they make up for in quality and fresh hot fries. Wow, good job guys.
