This is for the restaurant near Candlewood Suites. This Wendy's is far better than the one on Geer Road in Turlock. The service was good, my order was correct and the young man at the drive thru window was very nice. Plus they weren't out of food at 6: 30 on a Friday night, like in Turlock. That place really needs some help.

The quality of the food is aweful for what they are charging. Extremely greasy soggy fries! Even the burger's buns were soaked in grease! 16+ dollars after tax for a large combo meal is too much considering the quality.

I apologise if this appears unprofessional or overly harsh as I am not used to making negative reviews. Despite this I feel the actions I experienced on Tuesday the 28th of March are so heinous that I have to mention it in a review.
Around 3pm I entered the establishment and was quickly helped by a very friendly employee. She was so nice and patient with me despite me having a complicated first name. I had ordered the Dave's double combo meal. With my complicated name, she said "Your double cheeseburger is done! " I ate my fries and then began on the burger last and the burger itself looked delicious! Not very greasy and it looked very fresh! My only problem was that I had paid for the dave's double and my burger had only one patty. Despite being a large person I am not one that can afford to eat out frequently, and I had saved up money to be able to even eat this meal. As such, I felt it was worth it to speak up. I spoke to the lady at the counter for the mistake and she saw the mistake before I could even say it-"two patties". She told me to sit down and that she would replace it with a new one. I saved the burger and a replacement quickly came. I started to eat this burger and was surprised at how intensely greasy this burger was. The bottom bun was completely saturated with grease to the point that the texture was similar to that of a fragile wafer. A few bites in and I discovered that there were not two patties but three-leaving me to believe that they must have felt so bad they gave me an extra patty. I was excited, I had never had a Dave's triple before. The last few bites were when cruel reality struck. While the outside of the burger was generally warm, the last few bites of the burger was cold. They must had given me someone else's rejected burger and what's worse, I do not think it was stored properly. I have worked for 15 years in food service and I know what the danger zone feels like in a food. I tried to ignore it-it was a cold and rainy day, perhaps I was imagining things. But it wasnt long before I began to start retching in the resturant. I quickly became embarrassed and left, beginning the nightmare that would be the rest of my day. I will save you the more colorful events, but I was ill for such a long time, suffering nausea and stomach pain for such a long time that it was after 6am by the time I was able to get to sleep. Wendy's has always been a favorite of mine, and I feel so ashamed that I had saved up this month for such a harrowing experience. The resturant was clean and the staff was friendly, but with 15 hours of suffering I feel like this restaurant is not the place I remember it being from my youth.

We only drove through here for their delicious frosties lol. Their burgers are delicious too but too high priced.

I asked for a simple one dollar burger even specified the one with just a pickle and mustard and ketchup, two of them and a fry.they up charged me for the big burger with lettuce and tomatoes included two of em two fries and a coke with ice, I said no ice. 8 dollar transaction became 18 and this was their second attempt to get it right.the first was using their phone app.this location sucks

Dining room is always closed. Went in today at 2: 30 p.m. And asked when their dining closes at they couldn't even tell me when they said I think it's at 8: 00 cuz we close up to clean I came here yesterday and they were closed before 5: 00 p.m. Not to mention when I asked for corporate number they couldn't give it to me cuz they don't know it but yet I asked to talk to the manager and the manager was the one that said that she does not know it and said for me to look online so I did even though I already had the number I wanted to see if they would give it to me so we'll be calling and making a complaint with corporate because they should not have this facility open if they cannot maintain food safety habits multiple accounts of burgers being raw at this place Foods orders not being right forgetting items that people paid extra for cookies being re-cooked DONT COME HERE THEY ARE A LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Went by to grab a quick sandwich and the dining room was closed. It wasn't even 6: 30pm. The sign says they close at 10: 00 p.m. And 12: 00 p.m. For the drive-thru. The employees just avoided eye contact with us and wouldn't look our direction or help us in any way. Terrible management.
We will never be back.
