Wendy's, Anaheim CA

Had a good experience here, after inside and it was clean. Their new breakfasts are really good and those potatoes are a winner.

Locked bathroom, you have to ask the manager to open it. The soft drink machine does not work and they have to give you the drinks already served. There is no coke.

Illiterate people work here. 80% of the times i get my food from here they always get the order wrong.hire people that know how to read please thank you.

The one Wendy's that doesn't take EBT. Don't bother. They were also empty when I went (around 11: 20) which says all you need to know.

They prioritize their drive-through.so the dine in order take a extra time

Self-serve drink fountain is either "broken" or just turned off.so you have to wait in the dine-in line to get a refill

Dine in line is so long, a family of 5 walked out in front of me

I swear those chicken sandwiches are getting smaller

Ever other person has trouble walking in the front door because it seams to randomly lock

Great customer service. But oh my, this dining area is unacceptable. Disgusting windows, fire place, trash on floors, sticky tables, seats with ketchup, empty napkin dispensers. Sad, such a nice modern Wendy's looking like a dirty house.

This store discriminates. On 9/3 at 5pm I walked in to use the restroom, immediately one of the associates asked that to use the restroom I have to purchase something, I advised her that I can understand you are discouraging use but I had to go and there is No sign stating this policy. The associate was extremely disrespectful and rude. It’s sad that common courtesy is missing. Associate Brisa you need to learn some respect for customers.

I went to Wendy's today and had 2 of Dave's singles and a medium french fries and an extra large diet Coke and I really enjoyed my food

Went in the drive thru and asked the gentleman no cheese on my order. I then asked again to make sure it had no cheese. I drove off and checked in the parking lot, and it had CHEESE. Do they not listen or? I don't want to go in and be that person, so I'm not coming ever again since it's not the first time it's happened at this location.

It's been a long time, I was out traveling and it was lunch time. 'Hey there is a Wendy's, I haven't eaten there in a while. " The burger was great, the server was friendly but seemed a little overworked, maybe another helper at lunch time. She was great and we got our food fairly quickly, she just seemed stretched a little thin. Actually doing a great job under the circumstances.

Arrived at 12: 30 am when the store posted closing hours are 1: 00 pm and it was completely empty.

That mystery was great at 1st but now it's kind of dingy. I think it's just gotten messed up Overtime, the Wi-Fi there never worked. I keep telling them, but it was like no big deal for them. Food is good, but chili needs to be put at a higher temperature because the cheese never melts. They seem to focus more on drive through than the dining area at this location.

I received my order completely wrong. I was too exhausted to even go to the store. But i got 2 "Dave's double" meals. And both my "burgers" were just bun and patty. Nothing else. I had to put my own ingredients on the burger at home.

Their workers are just a group of teenagers who smoke and get high in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend coming here. It seems like they don't take their job seriously.

BF had decided to get the chili and a lettuce wrapped burger, they did it nice enough.

Had the new garlic fries, but they're tasted. Like garlic fries. Which isn't a bad thing, mind you. I prefer the regular fries.

Have always had good service here. One time, had a mobile order accepted but could not enter store, went to Drive-thru window to ask for help regarding it, different employee came out with my order swiftly.

Have eaten here once or twice with a friend as well, both times were great.

The lady in the window was super sweet, love the fact that food is always on point. Totally recommend!

Went through drive thru this visit and i ordered my food like i have any other Wendy's. I wasn't in a mood for hamburgers, i wanted just a chicken sandwiches. Well even after i gave the order number of the combo i wanted and stated i wanted the chicken sandwich. I for some reason got a double baconnator. Which any other time would of been fine, but i really didn't want that. Their was no point in driving back to get it fixed, i just dealed with it.
