10The service who helped us was so rude! And when we asked if they could send someone to clean the bathroom he told us they only cleaned it when they closed. Almost every single table was dirty thankful Cali has beautiful weather and the outside tables were okay. And after all of that out food came out burnt!
Although the building is having some work done, it's still a nice location. With a great staff. Got a quick bite and headed out.
Clean restaurant, well-prepared food, and great customer service. I am not sure if this thing was the supervisor or manager, but I complimented him on how he explained a task to an employee. He was patient, thoughtful, and provided an explanation for why they do tasks a certain way. This shows me that it must be a good working environment.
My brother ordered through the app and after more than 15 minutes, I drove 8 miles to pick it up, as soon as I get there these workers was saying they don't have my brother's order even if I showed them the confirmation and the credit card charges.they don't even want to look at the order number or even tried to help look through my brother's name and order number.we were charged 21 dollars for nothing, DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE in Wendy's Beaumont, CA, we felt being robbed and the workers are lazy and unfriendly! These ladies.working seemed ignorant about the online ordering system.
Food was alright people running the drive thru at both windows were rude and very rushed. I get it’s fast food, but damn couldn’t have time to look at the menu without the lady saying something. The medium frosty is now smaller than the value drink you get with the biggie bags since when? Haven’t been here in a very very long time and now I know I won’t be coming back. Also the burger they served in the biggie meal was hard all around the edges, fries were cold. Place has gone down hill even more than the last time.
My sister and I ordered a frosty. Choices only strawberry and chocolate. My sister said the strawberry was ok. It was light on the flavor. My chocolate was good. She said next time she will order chocolate.
They seem to be running out of items very often. They had no chicken for chicken sandwiches today. Last week was no baked potatoes. Overall, it was good.
Love this Wendy's! Truly one of a kind! Just be careful when ordering 20 piece chicken nuggets. They only charged me for 2 ten pieces which are 6 dollars a piece.
They failed to give me a copy of the receipt with my change. They gave me someone complete order and failed to give me the drink I paid for. I paid over $14 for the Big Bacon classic combo with double patty lettuce wrap style with garlic fries and medium zero root beer. I received a baked potato and some type of burger on a bun with regular fries. When I drove back thru the drive thru the lady was clueless and I told them on the speaker that I ordered #7 combo lettuce wrap style with garlic fries but I received no Medium zero root beer. They still did not give me a a straw and was scrambling for a straw. I love Wendy's but this is the 2nd incident in 2 years and I tried to give them a chance because it is close but that is it for me.
Whomever was at the drive thru, I didn't catch his name, he seemed new but he was very polite, helpful, checked to see if I needed anything else. He will be a great leader someday
