Great place to eat. They always have the order correct and ALWAYS ask you before they give you your order.

I come here each time I'm at Kaiser. Love the chocolate frosty & fries.
So far no problems.

Under staffed, but the employees were doing their best.
Food good for late night munchies

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER ON THE APP! The app offers drive-thru pick-up, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. This WILL NOT SAVE TIME! I arrived at 1: 00 and went through the drive-thru expecting them to treat me like a drive-thru customer. Bag my food and let me be on my way. My order was placed and prepaid. They told me to park in the parking lot. I waited 30 minutes for my order! I went inside to complain and they told me they have to "park" mobile orders. RIDICULOUS! They even shorted me 3 drinks. NOT HAPPY!

Stopped in for a quick expensive lunch and had a hassle getting ketchup for my fry's. I won't be back.

I'm a big fan of Wendy's Frosty. It's the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

Customer service is great. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints here. Keep up the good work!

I was irritated because the cashier was rushing me away and he hadn't given me all of my order. He kept saying "ok" "ok" "ok" geez I was like "you still haven't given me my second order of food? " So then he looked at me and looked annoyed. Then said "oh the #5? " I said "Yes! " So then he handed to me and said "OK! "

I dont know if it was an off day or what but the service was horrible, the dining area dirty, nothing in the dining area stocked (napkins, ketchup, straws,) when i went to the counter/register to ask it was like no one was working or if you seen them theh were working on something and wouldnt even acknowledge your there waiting. Also the trash was falling out the trash can. I would of understood if it was busy but theres was almost no one in the drive thru and inside dining area. It was my first time at a Wendys (my friend chose the spot) and i will not be going back or recommend this place to anyone.

Sign advertises false closing time. Still arrived five minutes before new closing time and workers wouldn’t even bother to greet me or tell me the shop was closing soon. They looked me in the face and wouldn’t even speak. Disgraceful customer service. Normally pretty good though. Fix your sign or at least have employees communicates with customers if you’re going to falsely advertise hours. Also, try to honor the actual hours you have.

Good fast friendly service. The order takers at the window are always friendly and professional.

I love the food I really do. But the service is not the best. They never answer the phone, they ALWAYS FORGET dressing for the SALADS, don’t know how or why but they always do, and they don’t seem to double check the orders that go out cause something is forgot every time

I love thier chilli, it is great. It is always clean, and the employees make you want to come back.

I got the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich. It was good, but I think it needs marinara on top and bottom bun. Everything else was good.

Service was slow, food was not as hot as it should be and soft drinks are dispersed by employees. The reason I note the soft drinks dispensed behind the counter is before retirement I worked behind this restaurant and 11 years ago the staff mentioned that they were preparing to switch to customer dispensed soft drinks but I guess they never completed the process. Maybe time to update the restaurant.
