Wendy's, Citrus Heights CA

Normally this location is decent but we had a bad experience today. We went through the drive thru and when we got our food and drove away we realized they forgot our ranch. No biggie, happens all the time. I ran inside and got it and left. Then we realized they gave us root beer instead of Coke and the cheese on our fries wasn't melted at all. It was disappointing.

Went to enjoy the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Frosty and it is really tasty! Service was quick, facility was clean and Frosty was great!

Guy named Markus decided to deliver my food without checking the order so i ended up not getting my fries or nuggets only my cold nasty burger. Ugh. Called the manager and got nothing but attitude so I’m out 42.00 since I payed for a invincible meal!

Good is fine, always check your bag though. They seem to get it wrong in the drive thru more than half the time.

Every single time I have been here they mess up my order totally. With the receipt literally stapled to the bag.

These guys are super nice and quick too. I'm thankful to come here when I need to feed my little ones when I'm running late or just don't have time to cook. Biscuits and Gravy is pretty great I get extra gravy nice and hot! Thanks staff at Wendy's for always being kind to me. You never know what someone is going through!

I went with a small group. 2 of my group ordered chili. What they were served was a watery, bland navy and kidney bean soup. I had been considering the taco salad. I'm glad I didn't order that because the chili is supposed to be the meat and dressing.

When asked about the poor substitute for chili, one person was offered a free bowl of the same.

I have eaten at this restaurant for over a decade. It will be a long time until I eat there again.

Been a few times. Drive thru person very pleasant. One of the few places to get a no meat breakfast sandwich without paying for meat. Cook is on point. Eggs fresh and cooked just right. This morning crew stands out above all the chains in the area for me. -Side note. I do food delivery, and rarely eat fast food except no meat breakfast sandwiches. I encourage this crew be given a bonus. This is not an easy job they do. Thank you.

Good consistent quality fast food, but $9 and change for a double cheeseburger is unbelievable.

I don't really like to review fast food places. But I feel the need because of how bad it always is. And wendys is one of the only fast food i like. Our order is always wrong, usually all 3 or 4 people. The food is cold and is not fresh at all. Fries are always stale. And the employees are rude and clearly don't care whatsoever. They seem put out just to take your order.

I don't know if it's just nostalgia, but it seems fast food tasted better when I was a mere lad.well, at least this Wendy's still brings it correct. Everything was fresh, the drive thru line went fast, and nary a single error on the order. Bravo.

Finally decided to go back because my now 5 yr son wanted Wendy's. See old review why I stopped going. I have to say much better experience. Sam was working drive through and he was excellent. Really knew the menu and showed he put the customer first. Thank you Sam, you earned this update for your store.

Took my 3yr old here for dinner as a treat because he really wanted a burger. Spent 32 minutes waiting in the drive through to order then another 10 to get the food. By then my kid already fell asleep with no dinner.

The shift supervisor told me there are only two people working and anyone thet hire quits after two days.

They need to Put a sign at the start of the drive through telling people its a 45min wait.

Or shut down while they hire and train staff to meet the demand.

Well I still don't go to Wendy's restaurant in the daytime because of the manager on days is rude and a lier. She gives her customers bad food that's been sitting around for awhile and is cold and doesn't taste good. I only go at night after 8 when I know I'm going to get good fresh cooked classic chicken sandwiches. The night crew are so pleasant and friendly it's a pleasure to go to Wendy's when they are working. I only wish Wendy's would cook fresh fries more often I've only had good fries once there and that was because they made them fresh for me. So I just don't order them anymore.

Got my order wrong. Food i received was okay but definitely not our order. Didn't realize it until we got home

My wife and I went there this evening at 5: 45 pm to pick up burgers for the family.they were rather busy so we waited and waited. Seven customers in line no one taking orders and all the crew in the back with the supervisor. Then a man came in and asked repeatedly for the code to the restroom. The supervisor and employees completely ignored him. They heard his request as did all the customers in line and they just ignored him. I called it to their attention and they said they responded to him, which was an outright lie. We all saw it. I called out the shift supervisor she avoided my gaze and completely ignored me. I lost my appetite. We walked out and went to Popeyes and got chicken for the family.
My family has dined at Wendy's from Hawaii to Sacramento for well over 20 years. I will never step into that particular Wendy's again. The behaviour of that crew towards another human being was disgusting.

Service was quick, efficient and friendly. I couldn't place any stars on atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru.
