17I needed to use the restroom and made a purchase because this location requires it in order to use the restroom. I asked the cashier for the restroom and she claimed that someone was in there (lying) then I asked again to use the restroom after finishing my food and was told the restroom was closed mind you there's a sign that says restrooms are for customer only. I will not patronize here again.
Mumbling cashier, Luke warm fries, fountain drink dispenser out of every kind of diet drink.need I say more
Super disappointed at this location. Its close to my office so I thought I would give it another try. I tried to order the special they had posted for buy 1, get 1 for a $1. They would not honor it & said they didnt offer it anymore but couldn't take it off the menu in drive-thru. Went to a different location and ordered the soecial with no oroblem. This is the 2nd time I had the same issue at this location. I get trying to make money but lying to get more is wring.

Came to this store today on 06/25/23. Store was closed at 10: 15pm before business hours before 12am drive thru. Associate stated they have some technical issues and will be fixed in 15-30 minutes but we waited until the store closed and they never opened back and didn’t inform us that not to wait or they closed already. Terrible customer service and rude. Drive Thru supposed to be closed or have sign or cones stating that it’s not open.management need to take action.

I will add to the list of complaints about this location. I went through the drive through and asked a question regarding an item and the employee cut me off before I could finish what I was asking and just stopped talking. He assumed he knew what I was asking him. I waited in silence for 30 seconds and he said “is there anything else I could help you with. ” super rude so I didn’t order anything and asked to speak with a manager.
I then go to the drive through window to speak to the manager and explain how rude the employee was and she proceeded to give me a blank stare as if she didn’t fully speak English. So I reiterated to her that her employee was rude and I won’t be buying anything from this location again. It’s a shame because until this point I had received good service at this location. I will be forwarding my complaint to cooperate so they receive training on customer service. My advice is put the guy at the window on Fry duty until he learns better customer service.
Ordered a hamburger plain, I like meat and bun only, they put cheese. Not a fan of cheese burgers. Will try a different location next month. Usually I always get what I order at Wendy's but there's always that one time. Food taste good and it's hot
I had a horrible experience april 27 2023.
I went to pick up my husband’s mobile order and no order number to be found, everything was paid for wasted my time.
No one seemed helpful nor did they know how to communicate in english well which seems weird.
Lady in the drive through didn’t help me with my problem instead she told me “ you’re going to have to move! I have a lot of cars behind you! “
Instead she should've let me know how she could help by saying possibly “come in and well try to help you”
Nope very unfriendly which was uncomfortable and no understanding of anything! Just Spanish. I speak Spanish as well, but these workers don’t have even exceptional customer service its the worst. I’ll never go there again!

Came in to place an order, this location does not have Apple Pay nor does it carry change. I’m traveling, Debit card is cracked so can’t be used. Poor management
I wanna start this off by saying it aint the employees fault, but there was a sharp bone in my chicken sandwich yesterday. Didn’t wanna have to air this out on here publicly, but the app is buggin when it comes to feed back. Won’t let me submit my complaint.
Not only could I have damaged my teeth after biting into that bone, I could’ve got seriously injured if I swallowed it. Bone was hard as a rock when I bit into it.
The manager was rude they tried to give me old food and one piece of cheese on a Wendy’s single when it comes with two
Terrible Wendy's. Everytime I come here there is always a different issue. I've come here several times only to find out that they're close. They close random days at random times which is very annoying since the next closest location is 15-20 minutes away. They're always out of certain items, only take cash not card half the time, never have frosties, I even got my pickup order stolen one time. Just overall a sad Wendy's location. Not sure who's funding this one but they're messin up. Won't waste my time coming here anymore
I ordered a $8.79 or so salad. W water my bill was over 11 $. I asked way so much she said it's 1: 98 for the as she handed ne a plastic cup

Arrived at 10: 20pm feb 15,2023. Supposed to close at 11pm. No one is working at all in the building
Stoped here to eat with my family and it was a bad experience since the beginning we felt the toxic bad energy from cashier, we let it go but my husband asked for the key to the restroom and they said “restrooms are close” yet some guy goes back there and gets the key and goes to the restroom. So after we’re done eating I went and asked for the key because my kids needs to use it and they said “oh sorry restrooms are close we don’t have the key to open it”. It was uncomfortable to dine in, do not go to this location.
Placed an order online.the app said to go in the drive thru to pick up my order. I gave them my name & order number.they said they could not find my order.
I asked them if I could just reorder since I am here & the manager on duty told me no.
She said I was welcome to call customer service to get a refund. And I could walk in and place an order.
Since I had waited for 3 cars in front of me. I did not feel like then getting out.walking in and place my order.
I felt like she could have just taken my order. And I do not understand why it was a big deal.
In this situation. And bcuz they could not rectify the issue. I will not be patronizing this place.
** Update. It's been over 3 days. And I still have not gotten my refund for the order that " never came through". No response.no answer when I call. Very frustrating. I suggest not using the mobile order system
***** just an update I have contacted Wendy’s SEVERAL times.it took over a month and a half to get a refund! **** do NOT use their app!
We went for the peppermint Frosty, and it was not available. Half the drinks were unavailable. It was obvious they were understaffed, because one person in front of us took 5 minutes to be seen, and we took another 5 minutes, then it took another 10 minutes to get our food. It is a good thing we were not in a hurry. The employee that helped us was very friendly - lots of smiles.
This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. The lady that helped me at the drive thru was so incredibly rude. She didn’t have a name tag on so I didn’t get her name. She is older, looks Hispanic, with heavy makeup, and maybe in her 40s or 50s.
