Wendy's, Moreno Valley CA

This location charges for ever sauce. Sad days when fast food restaurants charge for extra sauce.

They only have salads as vegan/ vegetarian options. Not very fresh, Wendy. TVP exists, and if you want fresh items, you can season tofu to taste like bbq.

They customer service was horrible, Me and my husband went to get food around 10pm it was no one in the drive thru…they had us pull in the front, it took 3 min and our food was cold! Very disappointed

It's been various times now that I have issues with my breakfast orders. I either don't get my the 2 croissant sandwiches or I get the wrong breakfast sandwich after stating my order more than once to confirm.

This place calls itself a truck stop, but the Wendy's locks their doors on a Monday night at 9: 45pm, even though the sign says the lobby is open until 10pm. That's just lazy. Don't waste your time stopping here. The AM/PM is tiny, and there is exactly zero truck parking at this place. Foul to call it a 'truck stop' these people need to learn what that term means.

I went in dining area at 9 20pm
The lady manager told me we are close
I said, (your door sing said 10pm close)
She almost kick me out really unprofessional until I said I go to report this incident, and then she said ok I let u order and do it fast. After that she got mad with the other employee because they forgot to lock the doors
So disrespectful and unprofessional the manager of this location.
I hope Wendy's Restaurant do something about this.

Atmosphere: 5 stars. Place is new and pretty clean. The Coke freestyle machine was fun. Restrooms are open and clean; no graffiti.

Service: 5 Stars. Service was VERY fast.
Business seems slow now so it is a good time to try it out.
They do a lot of grubhub.

Value: 4 stars. Their prices have gone up but its the times we live in. I miss the $5 dollar menu. Now it's $6.

Quality: 4 Stars. It's fast food. Still for fast food it's not bad for what it is.
Food was hot and fresh.

Food was ok not the best
Service the manager had a very bad attitude did not understand the 2 for $6 was about I thought it all was for $6 that's what the commercial said but was very mis understanding
Homeless hanging out not a good thing for business.
Will never eat there again

I was here to for lunch ordered a combo to go. I got my combo with no dressings or ketchup I kindly ask for some and the guy said they could only give me 2.i had to pay extra for ranch and ghost pepper.you have just lost a costumer.
