Wendy's, Lancaster CA

There’s a reason why your “crew leader” is as old as she is and still struggling at fast food. She can’t even listen and follow her own recommendations. I had a simple order: “2 of the $6 bags. One with coke and one with Dr Pepper no ice. ” She asked if I wanted no ice in both, I said please. I get handed my drinks when I had her my card. Both drinks have ice. When she comes back with my bag, just one bag, I ask why I have ice. “You didn’t mention no ice”. Morons.

Post meal edit. Nuggets were cold and only received 6 in total

They upgraded my order to the deluxe burgers plus one extra the whole facility was spotless the staff were well groomed and well trained and professional

The line was very long for drive thru because the dining room was closed. I left and went somewhere else.

It has parking, it is clean and has good space for small or large families or alone, there are chairs even for only those waiting to take away. Those who take orders are billingues.

Wendys' food awesome. This store offers WIFI & a place to charge devices. The manager always says, it's not working. A total lie. I've seen the employees charge their phones & go back to tell the manager, he is done. Please look into this. When a person buys a meal they also payed to use that.

Wendy's is still the best place to get chocolate frosty's and fries. Also, i recommend you dip your fries in the frosty for a great treat.

I go here almost every night after work. Food is always hot and fresh. The ghost pepper ranch they have is so delicious too. Wendy's is underrated in my opinion.

Always great customer service. It's quick and easy to get your food! The dining area is always clean and restrooms as well.

The manager is always working hard with his employees, and you can see the teamwork in the atmosphere. Which goes with the way the drive-through runs well that move the cars pretty fast and order seems in my case to be right. I thank this Wendy's for their hard work and maintaining so much while dealing with so many people.

They have a deal for 5 dollars you get a cheeseburger, 5 piece chicken nugget, french fries and a small drink good deal to get.

My great grandson lives the honey chicken and bacon croissant, wedge potates and stawberry lemonade

Clean place, quick and friendly service. My son likes to sit by the fireplace wall cuz it makes him feel fancy.

In-N-Out is ahead. Compared to yesterday and today, In-N-Out has a lot of customers in this area. Wendy's burgers are delicious.

We ordered from the coupon which came in the mail. We don't eat out much and this is the reason. The two burgers we had where (old and cold). Very disappointed. Date night did not start out well. Will never

By far the least accessible restaurant experience since becoming wheelchair bound. Entry does not allow for proper turn radius. Drink stations inaccessible if any customers are seated.

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I have to stay at the Best Western that's right next to it quite often. Every single time I have gone into this Wendy's to try to order something, after 5 minutes of being ignored I just leave. Finally today somebody was going to take my order but when I said that I wanted to order a soda and use my own cup they said that was not allowed. So Wendy's policy is to only use plastic cups, and not let anybody use their own cup. I guess Wendy's loves being unsustainable and causing toxic pollution. I will never go there again.

Store was clean, food was fresh hot and good only got a burger. One of the girls was great the other was complaining the entire time I was there. If you do not like your job there are plenty of places hiring.

Love Wendy's! I got a 5$ bag for me and my fam it was awesome they still got the best nuggets in all the land!
