Wendy's, Chino Hills CA

Since this is close to my work, I stopped by and checked it out. It is by far one of the cleanliest branch I've ever been in! With large windows and natural lighting (perfect combo) it was so inviting. The staff were friendly and the one who served me (I think she was the manager) was so nice! Now.let's get to the food. I got the Cobb salad and a small fry. I didnt get to take a photo of the food but I was blown away. The ingredients were fresh, the bacon was fresh from the pan and the presentation was awesome. I was too hungry and ate it right away. The fries were good as well! I was honestly surprised by this location and will definitely come back.:)

Clean restaurant. Fast, friendly service. Hot food made to order. Just what you want for fast food. The girl that took my order was very nice and gave my suggestions when asked. I tried the new loaded nacho burger.

100% inflation via shrinkflation. The size of the "Dave's Single" I got tonight was the size of a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger just a couple of years ago. You can keep your shrinkflation, I'll go elsewhere.

Had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was AMAZING! Service at the drive-thru was great as well!

I hate the drive thru. Especially when they ask someone to pull forward & wait for their order. There's no room.

I don't go to Wendy's a lot, Wendy, but the food is good. I really like the salads and the lemonades, that's all.

The sandwiches were a bit cold! We were alone in the restaurant & staff were busy chatting with each other instead of welcoming or serving us!

We ordered lunch here, and it was quick. I ordered the chicken burger. It was crunchy and not too thick. I liked it a lot. The food came in hot. Overall, it was a good quick lunch.

Worse customer service ever. Kid almost drops my drink in my car as he’s handing it to me and he messes up on my order.

Their Biggie Bag is a deal for $5. It comes with burger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink.

EDIT: -5/10 They screwed up my order TWICE. I asked for my money back. They made me late for work and now I'm going in hangry. Seriously, how is this location even still open?

Avoid if at all possible. The worst. Completely screwed up my breakfast order. Gave me two different sandwiches from what I ordered. Took them over ten minutes to fix it. Could have at least offered a cookie or a coupon.

Came by late night for a meal. The French fries were cold and hard and my order was missing food. I didn’t notice until I was halfway home and couldn’t make it back in time before they closed. The food did not taste fresh at all and I wasn’t even given all the food I paid for. No response from the business says a lot about them.
