Wendy's, Santa Clarita CA

This Wendy's has great employees that never screw up your order and they always serve fresh food. The only thing weird here is, corporate is measuring each Wendy's drive-through times and now it appears that the store managers are asking their employees to ask customers to back their cars up so they don't count as being at the window waiting for food. I sure hope that if good drive-through metrics results any bonus that the bonus is passed on to the employees.

I ask for the number 2 they get my order wrong and try to charge me $40. I tell them I got a number 2 and give me a chicken sandwich.

Terrible drive thru service, food was cold and there were no utensils. Food also wasn’t ready when I arrived so I was shocked that it was cold too. Won’t be back

Got the new nacho cheese burger.it was pretty darn delicious.love the crunchy bits of tortilla in it and the spicy jalapeno sauce!

Ordered a Swiss croissant, SEC biscuit, 4pc french toast. Paid over 12$. Expensive. Ended up getting 2 plain sausage biscuits and the 4pc sticks. I denied recieving the receipt and I didnt realize what I got till I got to work. I then called the store. I heard them answer then immediately got hung up on, twice. It's the only Wendy's in the area. Don't think I'll be going back tho.

I love this location and frequent it a lot.

The only issue that I have, is that when you do a mobile order or are the only person in the line and no one is behind you. You end up pulling up to the window and the employee asks you to put your car in reverse so that you can back up behind the pressure sensor until they are finished with your order.

This kinda peeves me off because I used to work in fast food and I know that is a tactic that the manager makes the drive thru ask, because all the orders are being timed on how fast they go out.this is a cheat to make it look like orders are going out in less than a minute. (in this case, less than 30 seconds).

I don't see why I as a customer need to jump through hoops to make it seem like they are doing their job better. But aside from that, if they had the confidence in themselves. They do a good job on being quick and accurate. I haven't had an issue with an order I've made at all.and if they focused on just making the food and bagging it, it would still come out with good numbers.

So yeah, cause of that I give this location a 3/5, but hey.if I see any change, this could be updated.

Today's visit was okay. I ordered a pineapple lemonade & 4 piece spicy nuggets. The nuggets were decent, but wasn't their freshest. The drink was yummy. Despite that, I'll return again soon. Thanks.

This location is sometimes inconsistent in their preparation. Normally, it's pretty spot-on, but sometimes it dry and overcooked.

I've been here a couple of times, and the staff is always friendly and quick. A "hello I'll be right with you" when we make eye contact.would be nice, but that's my only complaint.

Great place to eat. The food is always hot and full of flavor. My favorite is their Apple pecan salad and the Double Stack burger. It is essentially a beefed-up Jr. Cheeseburger. It’s a little burger, yet mighty and has a hearty serving of protein to keep you full. You can't go wrong with this duo!

If you can find room for it, the frosty ice cream will satisfy your dessert needs and hankering for sweets.

I love Wendy's and this location does make good, fresh food. Unfortunately, they close the Frostie machine at night so if you go there after 10pm the Frosties are not available. I usually go after 10pm so I never get to enjoy a Frostie. That's a big part of Wendy's!

Went through the drive through, got handed a bag, then they waved me to back up to window again so they could recheck it. They said it was good, but when I got to my destination I found it was a child's meal, not what I ordered. I called and asked for a refund and was told I had to return to get one.because I have nothing better to do on my day off than have to return to fix someone else's mistake. I am not pleased.

C'mon man. Let's go drive-thru staff.pay attention with people's orders! I ordered the $6 Biggie Bag w/ the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger on May 25,2023 at around 1: 20-1: 30 pm. Y'all forgot my fries.

Not a big fan of Wendy’s, but I stop by the other day! Food was good, great place overall!

Dine-in breakfast, single visit review. VERY clean store. Looks like recently upgraded as well so very happy with the dine-in experience. Ordered the #2 breakfast which is a sausage and egg croissant with a large drink. Fresh, hot delicious. The potato breakfast side is essentially different cut french fries, also very good. Service was quick and polite. Very impressed with this location. Fast food is hit and miss, Wendy's is no exception. This one? A hit!

Very rude staff. On the cell phone constantly. These people need training. They don't know how to use Wendy's app. First.
Sad it took them 30 minutes to prepare the food plus no knowledge of Wendy's app or anything.

Ordered 2 Chicken Asiago Meals and received chicken mozzarella sandwich and a double bacon cheese burger. Both sandwiches sucked. Chicken was dry and buns on both sandwiches were hard due to being microwaved. Not sure I’ll go back again. They offered to reimburse me for 1 sandwich. Totally dissatisfied with product. The only thing good about the entire ordeal were the fries.
