Wendy's, Victorville CA

Under new management or something. This place used to be super fast and fresh.
Now it takes forever and they keep messing up the orders.
Two thumbs way down

No butter or sour cream for my baked potato, burger was drowning in mayo & had bad taste.not good for drive-thru.

Best Wendy's ever, food was delicious, fries was good, everything was fresh. Thank you Visiting from Wisconsin.

Horrible Horrible service, the young lady was good about trying to take my order but then rushed me through my order and ended up missing my item because she was rushing me, then I went back to tell them I was missing that and she said we didn't charge you. Train your employees to be thorough and efficient but not rush customers and forget the order. I will not return back to this Wendy's. I will be calling corporate to report this. Remember you wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for customers coming through to order.

The food is always great but when one of the employees starts mocking a customer to another employee Infront of the customer. Is rude and unprofessional. Not cool

When you messed up our orders your boyfriend let us on the hamburgers you got one stuff for that

This is the second time my order was wrong. Was on my lunch didn't much time. I would have gone back but had to go back to work. I ordered the 4 for 4. I ordered He Bacon Cheese burger and a Sprite with my order. I didn't get the Jr Bacon Cheese burger and U got a Coke not a Sprite. Also was asked what kind of dip for my chicken nuggets and didn't get any. So so very upset. My co workers said they have also had problems with their orders. Very unhappy.

Slooooow service. Ketchup dispenser empty. Seems very unorganized even though many employees in the kitchen area. Won't be back for a while.
The Wendy's near Costco is fast!

Got my order wrong twice, half filled sodas, customer service that doesn't care and pays no attention

Food was good, service was good but the main thing I went in to get was a Root beer float which I think the young cashier and server don't know anything about. They just gave me a root beer drink not what I asked for.

Excellent for quick meal. Jr bacon cheeseburger combo perfect size. Live the frosty, chocolate of course.

Staff very friendly.

Only negative, the ladies bathroom tiling is very old, needs to be fixed and freshened up. Dirty and broken grout.

I have to say I enjoy coming at night when they have Allyssia at the drive shes very friendly, fast and takes my orders correctly she always have a smile on her face and is always full of energy i feel welcomed and i feel like wendys is doing a great job with there workers I always get my food hot and fresh over all Wendys is my to go place after work.

The food is very good and the the employees are very friendly and helpful. The only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was very rude. He stepped in to stop me from giving the cashier a tip which I can understand if it's policy but he spoke to me in a very dismissive tone. I would come back any time as long as I don't have to speak to the manager.

There frostys are really very good and even better with fires. There burgers could have a little more meat on them but otherwise very tasty.

Got the full size spicey chicken salad. ALL LETTUCE! ! More like a chicken snack!
Wont order it again!

I like Wendy's because of the company's support of adoption. Typical fast food but they promote helping the helpless.
