Wendy's, Lakewood CA

Was rushed through the drive thru and because their system wouldn’t recognize a coupon on the app they had to do a manual adjustment and they weren’t happy about it. Oh well not my fault and and you should never make it seem like it is the customers fault. Also asked for them to put pickles on one of my sandwiches and they didn’t. Not happy with this place at all.

They have no employees nobody wants to work our government's paying everybody more money to stay home so it took me 30 minutes to get my food easy. I saw four different people walk right out the door. The only reason I didn't walk out the doors cuz my mom wanted it so I had to stay or I would have left too. The car cashier a African American dude was very friendly with a smile so that was good.

The way this manager spoke to her employee tonight was off putting. Put away your attitude and learn to lead and manage your crew work with them to correct the issue. If someone made a mistake do not belittle or ridicule them. Absolutely disgusted the way she handled the situation. A manager needs to know how to manage not throw a tantrum. Without your lowest paid/level employees your stores would crumble. You need them way more than they need that minimum wage barely any hour sorry excuse of a job. Wendys get your act together.

Its a fast food. Nothing nutritional about it. But they polite. Will correct their mistakes. If order wasn't right.

Had the apple pecan chicken salad. Didn't taste the pecans or see them. Husband ate the entire original hamburger

I don't know what's going on with the management here but this establishment is going down. The people who use to work here were so friendly. Now the lady who works drive thru is rude. She claims system was down but took my card payment and could not give me a receipt!

The presentation of the food doesn't look appetizing, its so messy and they bagged our food which we were dining.

Horrible service. Workers cussing while I'm in drive thru. No thank you or have a good day. Just shove the bags out the window.

I like the food but darn stop being greedy people with the sauces just 2 for a 10 piece nugget meal how hard is it to give 3 at least. Other than the sauce issue is the lack of attention on the drive thru they always have forgotten items such as nuggets, sandwiches, and even the fries.

The burgers I ordered did not have lettuce at all! If they had run out of it, they must have informed the customer the fact.

Service was crappy, extremely slow, to the point I just requested a refund after waiting beyond 30 mins for one Jr. Cheese burger deluxe and one bacon cheese burger. This establishment is managed very poorly, owner check into your store asap!

If you need to just grab a bite at a reasonable price this is the place to come. They have a value menu that meets a minimal budget. And they have regular priced meals under 10 dollars. Its filling and they have a soda machine with endless possibilities.

There's always room for a medium chocolate frosty and small French fry to dip into the frosty.

Berry blast salad a must try. Fresh sweet strawberries and blueberries with chicken breast. Thumbs up

I love Wendy's 4 for $4. I always get the jr bacon cheeseburger with four piece chicken nugget with honey mustard dipping sauce. Sometimes ill spoil myself and get a chocolate chunk cookie with a vanilla frosty.

Damian was polite, and my food was correct.
The food quality is on par with any other Wendy's however the interior is kept very clean and the staff work efficiently.
The dining room layout is different including different seating options instead of the standard four-person tables with no moving chairs.
Both restrooms are unisex and handicap accessible.

Worst food service and even worse customer service. I avoid this Wendy's and I live within 200 yards, of it.

One of the few Wendy's in the area that accept EBT. Bacon seems to be the MVP of this franchise lately and it's gloriously smoky and salty flavor shines in new classics such as Baconator and Son of Baconator. Genius!

The drive through and in-store lines are always bananas so we've bailed on lines a few times and went elsewhere. They could really use a second location in the area, or a parking space for orders that are taking a long time.

Today I order from the menu total was 22.70 the lady at the window charged me 25.85 how did that happen I don't understand try to go over the receipt. All I can tell you that she makes a lot of mistakes not trying to make her look bad she is Handicap in the brain This will be my last time going to Wendy's at South at Lakewood
