I decided to try another mechanic.it was time, and I hit the jackpot with Wentworth Automotive. The reward of being treated like a valued customer just for stepping in the door is what I experienced!

***It was the 1st heat wave of the spring 2023 to me, and my car was blowing out hot air from the vents again. I had this problem addressed several times before via my other mechanic, so again I just needed another option I can HONESTLY trust. I stopped in, set up an appointment with Man Chau, who provided me with top notch service not to mention the last of the freshly baked cookie of the day. Such a nice man, and the shop was CLEAN.for a mechanic I was very impressed!

The 5-Stars.was it the offer to shuttle me home, or the ride share they covered? Was it the user-friendly electronic tools that made my service and the additional recommended service options easy to review, accept, or dismiss. My AC is working just fine.told me to keep an eye on things, and simply bring it back if anything seems off.

Oh.it was ALL of the above, and I speak sincerely for one who values great service, labor price, and all the perks in between. Unit test/service/freon was under $200, and for the shuttle service I can say it blew my mind when they brought my Jeep to me! I was like you have to be kidding me, and I have a few referral cards, and a cute can of M&M's, pen and just so happy I was to get my car back in such a timely fashion.

For my next small or large job. I'll surely stop by Wentworth to see Man, Justin-Owner, and Ben to get to the bottom of the issues in a timely manner. Thank you Team Wentworth for taking the stress out of the situation, for keeping me involved, allowing me to paying electronically, and just for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish!

Great family owned business. My agency has been taking our fleet vehicles to this location for years. Great work! The owner and staff are awesome! Something that is extremely above and beyond is the owner understands my extreme fear of Lyfts, which is used as a 'shuttle service'. The owner takes time out of his busy day to personally do a drop off and pick up to my office location. It's cool because you get to know these folks on another level. This place is just awesome! And they make cookies every morning for their customers, they have sodas coffee ️, tea and the newspaper while you wait. Again, such a great business! Thanks everyone!

Wentworth Auto took care of everything for me in great time. The communication is amazing, I love the texting system and the fact that everything is laid out on your phone and you choose wht to get fixed rather than having the pressure of someone telling you.

Man, the employee who helped me, was very detailed in explaining what i needed and why, the things i can hold off on and when i will need them, and never made me feel like i was pushed to get a repair. This is definitely going to be my go to stop. Great to know they do SMOG checks and tires as well. Seems like you can get everything done there and the prices were great!

My car started having battery issues and suddenly lost power steering. I called and took it in the next day. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I got updated Every step of the way and got everything back better than it went it. I will absolutely go here again

Took my Mustang Mach1 to Diagnose my Battery and smog for DMV. I paid $1000.00. Went to Wentworth to pick up my Mustang and changed my fuel pump and told me to tow your car home because it my blowup. Repair and cost $1000.00. Called Triple AAA and towed home and dropped in my Garage. Car wouldn’t start and changed the battery and started. This time I couldn’t drive to get DMV tag. It sit in my Garage for 2 years and this point to a Smog place and the told me to put more mileage and the come back and test for Smog to get my sticker. Drove 35 mileage and siege the motor. What where to get your car or truck get fixed. Love to take your money and not fix it. Never again to this place.

Extremely disappointed, brought my car in for a basic alignment in December. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE TIME, MONEY and SAFETY!

Was quoted a reasonable price and it was a local business so I thought I would give it a chance for a simple job.

Upon receiving initial quote and scheduling time, about one hour after I dropped off my car I got a call saying that they needed a unique part in order to align my front right tire.

The additional service fee and part brought the total price from just over 100 to 300+. When asked, turns out the this basic adapter part was only a few dollars but they didn’t have it in stock and tacked on a ton of labor and service fee.

My gut instinct was this was a major red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I had already invested all this time bringing my car in and took time off work.

Few weeks later and whatever they did seems to have exacerbated the problem so the one tire is now VISIBLY JUTTING out.

Will likely have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. I did reach out my text to give them a chance to make it right, but am hesitant to trust them with my vehicle.

Not sure if they are competent to fix this or will try and surprise upcharge me again, likely will take elsewhere.

(Review by Chuck) Customer since 1998; over the last few years the staff at Wentworth and I have learned that old Toyota Corollas (1981) have very finicky carburetors that have to be pampered and gently persuaded to keep on working. Justin and Ben have patiently worked on mine a number of times and have graciously given me lots of advice on how to maintain it. Certain parts of the mechanism are vulnerable to damage or degradation from the increased amount of ethanol in today's gasoline, and Justin has provided a fuel stabilizer additive that will hopefully counteract some of these effects. I'm just glad they are willing to work on carburetors at all! The newest cars don't even have distributors, let alone carburetors; but with Wentworth's help I think I can keep this car going for a while longer. It would be nice to celebrate its 40th birthday in a couple of years. Thanks again, Justin and Ben and crew!
Update as of 2/23: The car is now 42 years old and again Wentworth went the extra mile and spent much time and effort locating hard-to-find parts for the emissions control system to enable the car to pass smog. Ben is one of the few people I know of who understands carburetors-even troublesome Japanese ones! - and I am once again grateful for his willingness, and that of all the crew, to work with me to keep this now-classic car going.

Scheduled an oil service and general service checkup. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward. Turnaround was within the day, as I had assumed and planned for.

In for a smog check, they were a very accommodating as I had appointments changed during the week. In and out of there in about 30 minutes, complementary cup of coffee $60 an hour if I want

Parking is rather tight pulling in there other than that great job guys thank you.
