Pub Werewolf reviews
18Had a cocktail and the triple threat burger. The only thing better than the food was the service. Jordan was great to talk to and provided the best service I've had in years.
Great vibe, food, staff, etc. One of the most unique places in the area. Must try the Irish coffee for breakfast and the country gravy is AWESOME! Great for breakfast and our waitress was not only one of the hardest working people I've seen, she was amazing and so cool! MUST, MUST, MUST GOOOOOO!
The service was quick and friendly. I sat at the bar and my server was great. Had mango mimosas that were delicious. I ordered the sliders and garlic fries (extra crispy) and everything was full of flavor and cooked just right would definitely go again.
Bloody mary was good, very savory. The pork belly Benedict was good, only thing was that I could taste the vinegar used to make the poached eggs. Sliders were ok. The chicken fried steak was ok. Hard to judge, since going to (Gravy) Portland. The gravy was pretty good, otherwise I cant remember much about it.
Loved the chill atmosphere. The food and drinks were fantastic and service was on point by the super friendly staff.
Everything was awesome about this place EXCEPT for the dipping sauce they gave me with my wings. It tasted like ranch and Robitussin mixed together
The Pork Belly Benedict was great, only change I would have wanted is for 2 with a side instead of 3 with none. Still great!
Grest food
Great drinks
Friendly and attentive staff
Great atmosphere
Overall a very fun and memorable experience
Here’s some preamble before the review, because I know you love preamble. Brunch is a popular meal among young people that ceases to exist on weekdays. No one knows where it goes. It just goes.
Atmosphere
There’s a DJ booth, which is unusual for early afternoon on a Saturday, but here we are. The DJ gracefully sails from smash hits like Will Smith’s “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It” to Kelly Clarkson’s “Since You’ve Been Gone. ” The music is a little loud indoors.
Edit: I was just alerted that I neglected to mention in this review that there are disco balls above the tables. Please disco with caution.
Food
Steak scramble and biscuits and gravy are both solid options. The portions are pretty huge. Thinking about it now, is that why the place is called Werewolf? I scoped out the bar and didn’t see any actual mythical creatures, so I’m assuming it’s not a literal name. I also wasn’t refused service despite not being a werewolf myself. It’s possible that they don’t strictly enforce that though because it was daytime and we’re currently in a New Moon phase, which goes against werewolf lore. Anyway, the coffee was good too.
Coffee
Yeah, let’s talk about this. The coffee is served in a big mug. There’s nothing wrong with you if you take your coffee black, and there’s nothing wrong with you if you take your coffee with too many pods of vanilla and hazelnut creamer.
Service
Everyone here is very attentive, and they summon infinite energy to shout birthday sentiments to birthday people. There’s a sparkler involved.

Basically went here due to what we read on reviews for the best Bloody Mary in the area. Results are in, not bad. They use something in their mix that takes getting use to. It's different than most Bloody Mary's one might have had.
Went in for lunch and had wonderful service from Chase! We will definitely be making this a regular spot.
My wife found this little spot. The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic. I keep wanting to go back there and forget that I live 1000 miles away. It reminded me a lot of the old Missoula, circa 1999, and that is a very good thing.
This place was super killer! You have to go for breakfast but anytime is great! The Homer pancakes and pork belly eggs Benedict were outstanding. The throwback videos and MTV music make the place a must visit!
Eggs and bacon were fine. Pancakes were too thick and a bit dry for my personal preference! Greeter and bar staff were great! Loved the music.
Amazing food and service. Breakfast was fantastic with everything we ate. Must go to for breakfast
Updated review: werewolf staff reached out and explained what happened, they were friendly and seems like we might have just gotten unlucky so I'd be willing to give them another try
Original review:
Was excited to try the porkbelly benedict, but both orders came out ice cold and were kind of stale like they were made hours beforehand. Disappointing as we heard good things about this place. It was pretty expensive too so we left feeling like they gave us some leftover food and then proceeded to charge us an arm and a leg for them. Wouldn't come back.
My boyfriend and I had the best time in San Diego Halloween weekend. We flew in and the first spot we decided to go was here. Got the very best waitress ever. I wish I could remember her name because she remembered us! If you happen to be in this area spot by for a bite and a Bloody Mary. You won’t regret it. Very lively staff. So much fun day and night. (We we’re in town two days and came here 3 times for food and drinks…)
