Wescom Credit Union, Orange CA

I have been a wescom customer for years and I have noticed that the cashiers or cashiers neither greet me, nor smile at me, nor say thank you, etc. It seems that they arrive fighting with their partners because their faces are made of stone. Wescom from Orange teach your employees to smile

Awesome service, super friendly staff. Willing to assist you without complaining or frowned upon. Able to assist you with anything pretty much can print the cards immediately at the branch for you. Don't need appointments but recommended because they take appointments first and then first come first serve after that as you walk in.

This is completely horrible! I’ve been to there City of Orange Branch 6 times to help Wescom, get me the title to my vehicle, that I paid off in 2008. I do like their employee Daisy, she completely carrying this Wescom Branch on her back! She is the #1 employee of Wescom and I hope she gets a promotion soon! Every time I’ve came here, I’ve had to wait! I’ve done everything to help Wescom get me the correct documents to get the title of my vehicle! Now, I’m being told from Daisy that she gave me the original documents and not copies of the documents! Well, I’m back here again with all the documents that Daisy from Wescom gave me. And I don’t have the original, notarized documents, so the DMV has sent my paperwork back, but still charged me the $35 fee! Will I ever get any help from Wescom?
