I was window-shopping for a new vehicle and stumbled across Josh and Ethan. Being intrigued by the monster V8s Chevy produces, I was interested by the showroom Camaro LT1 (SS). I wasn't planning on buying that particular car or any in general that same day but the numbers were great and they simply made sense. Josh answered all my questions which were countless and so did Ethan. The options on the car were explained to me and the deal structure they offered was quite literally the best price I was offered. Roberto, who was my finance manager, took amazing care of me and explained every item line by line and made sure I understood every single terminology. The entire buying process itself took less than 30 minutes and I could not be happier. I will definately be back!
Entire Staff were very friendly, no surprises, everthing went very smoothly. Our new Bolt was charged and ready to go.
We were greeted by Ramzy as soon as we walked on to the lot. He was very respectful and polite. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. If he didn’t know the answer to a question we had, he looked into that question and gave us an answer quickly. Got to know us as people not just a customer. He was very understanding about our price point. We will definitely be back for future purchase.

Ok experience but I was in a rush which made it a bit difficult which that's on me. Really excited about the new vehicles for a reasonable deal tho.
This place does not sand up to there words I was told that they would give me a call when the Vehicle I was in interestit in came in and they didn't give me a call back at all so I gave them a call to see if the Vehicle had arrived and they said this Vehicle has sold never gave me a call back at all and I ask why didn't I get a call when the Vehicle arrived and sales person named Brenda said first come first serve I think that not right at all will never recommend this place to no one. Dad service dont care about customers at all.
Miguel was the best sales rep I have ever meet since day one, he gave us all the discount they had on the Silverado he wasn’t pushy at all this was my 5 dealer i had visit Miguel was very transparent in the whole transaction, I have bought 5 car and none of the reps even cone close to Miguel professionalism. I would recommend Miguel %.
Dropped truck off for service on a Friday. I was told by Oscar Chavez he would give me an update before they closed. He didn't call. He didn't call on Saturday before they closed. The service department will not follow up with you. The customer must call to get any information Premier Chevrolet has on your vehicle.
Overall, they do a pretty good job but it seems like every other service visit takes forever. This visit should have been a little over an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and replacing tail light bulbs. Ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. Need more advisors working
Why bother with the on line appointment if no one responds.either you are too busy or have no customer services.either way, im NOT using your "service".
They have me a bad lease on a 2017 Chevy Bolt. During a maintenance, they messed up the valve of a tire, but won't admit it or fix it without charge. I wont be leasing from them after this.
Still, they have a nice dealership, and you can make all the coffee you want while you shop or wait or whatever.
Great Service, reasonable rates, and I trust what work they do. There sales are just as good. Maybe, that is the reason in the past 4.5 years, i have bought 2 new cars from them.
It was fantastic. I worked with Eric and he was very straightforward and informative. Eric worked to find a good price for me and I never felt pressured. By comparison, I looked at other cars at two other dealerships, and they were both only concerned about keeping me in the showroom until I bought something. Weseloh Chevrolet never made me feel pressured and I knew exactly what the price would be. I would recommend Eric and the team at Weseloh Chevrolet in a heartbeat. They made the whole process easy, transparent, and enjoyable.
I had my car cleaned and detailed here and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Ralph was great and easy to work with. He took the time to hear out all my needs before working quickly and efficiently. My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off new the day I bought it. Thank you Weseloh for taking such good care of me and my car. I will be back again.
Curtis and Carmine made the buying process easy. I contacted 3 other dealers as well but Weseloh made it happen for me. I could tell that the other dealers were reluctant to do a dealer trade. It was apparent that they were stalling and waiting for a fresh truck to arrive with my requirements. Weseloh called around and found what i wanted. Im sure they didn't make as much money as they would have if it was their own stock but they did it anyway to make me happy. Im glad i drove an extra 30 miles to shop here. The other dealers seemed uninterested.
I had been very loyal & trusting of this service dept. Generally very nice people.
But their communication sucks & the result is my time being wasted over & over. Hours & days wasted waiting on them for a response is not cool. No one likes getting "forgotten" or "overlooked". Sure they apologize, but it seriously keeps happening. Makes me wonder what else gets "overlooked" or "forgotten".
Miguel was a great salesman who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was thorough and was able to answer all our questions. He was never pushy and made us feel very comfortable. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Danny and Sean went our of their way to accommodate out needs. I highly recommend Weseloh Chevrolet.
I have never been one to have service done at a dealership but I had a year of free oil changes with the purchase of my car. So I’ve been coming for service and I can honestly say that I’ll continue to come here even when I’m paying! Love the people and the place!
