2The guys that cut the tree down did a great job we are very satisfied. All that hard wok was done in one day. They were very dedicated to get it done.
The crew from West Coast Arborists did a great job clearing out a lot of the deadwood and thinking out the canopy of the city tree in our front yard. After notifying the City of Ventura back in January of 2020 of the need to trim, the city sat on it for more than a year. Then, in January of 2021, the city finally showed up, only to tell us that they couldn't get to it for several more months. After nearly 16 months of waiting, the city finally did the right thing and hired a contract team of arborists to come in from Los Angeles and get the job done.
They were professional, efficient and had everything on their rig to handle all aspects of the job. They also took my requests and incorporated them into the work they were doing.
All in all, excellent job by this team lead by Foreman Omar Flores. I would highly recommend this company for all tree trimming needs. I only wish the City of Ventura had called them a year ago!
