Not only did they have our system installed in a speedy manner, Mai was very informative when it came to the specifics of how to get the best sound quality my system will put out. Beware! This place is a rip off. I bought a under dash housing kit that i dint use after all. Still new in packaging. When i called them back they said if i dint have receipt i could get store credit. Well today i needed a new item and mentioned what they said previously about store credit if i dint have receipt for this dash kit. The man on phone said no store credit without receipt, even after i told him what they specifically told me originally. He was rude and not to professional. I will never buy another item from any west coast store!

This location is fantastic. Nemo is more than willing to spend as much time as is necessary to pair your requirements with the ideal audio system for your car. I'm currently having my third automobile installed because I am confident that I will receive excellent service and high-quality auto parts. As usual, I smiled the entire way home because of how it sounded.

GO HERE! I am very satisfied with the customer service. Before showing me anything, he wanted to know what my budget was so he knew what to work with, he still took the time to compare and show me every radio in my budget. I was so impressed I even broke my budget and spent extra! They did a fantastic job with installation and was a 1 hour and 30 minute turn around! Go here for your audio and stereo needs!

When we tried to cook our trip-tip last night while camping, our inverter burned out all of our 12 volt chargers. I arrived early in the morning to ask if they could connect the inverter straight to the vehicle's battery. Joe finished the setup in a short amount of time after Rick at the front desk gave us a quote. We are out the door and on the road with enough energy in less than an hour. I'm extremely grateful to you guys!

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re needing to get an IID installed. I had to get one installed last month and had nothing but issues ever since. Had to get my car towed to them about 3 times due to my car not starting. Ending up going to a different service center who told me that this place did a terrible job with the wiring.

Really bad experience, didn't connect half of the stuff they put in our truck. Didn't even put all the bolts back in the stereo when put back into place. Don't go here. Will be filing a complaint with B. B. B. Had reach out to owner, to see what he can help with, said he couldn't do nothing about it. Poor poor poor service.
