Kayla helped me with a few questions I had regarding my appliance repair. She was so willing to help and had every answer I was looking for. She genuinely cared about my concerns and truly gave me the best customer experience I could ask for. I will be asking for her everytime!

Very good experience w this company. I spoke to someone named Richard and he was able to explain the process as well as give me a time frame when the technician would come. The best part was that they called me 30 minutes before they arrived so I didn’t have to miss work and wait around for hours for someone to show up.

I needed my AC fixed and the technician was very efficient and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He had to get some parts but came back the next day at a discussed time and got the job done.

Price was fair, customer service was great, definitely recommend.

Lizette was very professional and easy to work with. She got the technician to us right away and was very helpful with explaining the issue and with billing. West Coast Chief Repair provides terrific service and are always reliable. I work for a property management company as a maintenance supervisor, they have serviced our properties since 2011. They have done numerous jobs for us, including installing central AC units and various appliance repairs. I find them to be incredibly reliable, especially during the pandemic, professional, efficient, and their work is always excellent.

Earlier this month my refrigerator compressor failed on my LG French Door unit. West Coast Chief Repair was contacted by my Home Warranty Company to diagnose the problem. The company exhibited great communication via phone and email and provided a clear explanation of the issue and cause. The technician was competent and made the repair. The fridge was back up and running. Ashley was very responsive and provided requested reports necessary to submit to LG for further compensation. I would recommend West Coast Chief Repair for any appliance repair.

My AC was not cooling my house down over night. We have had 103° plus weather for 2 months straight and the temp in the house wasn't getting under 81°. This company came to the rescue! Marc was the technician and he was fast and amazing. Thank you sooooo much for great and fast service! Sigh I can feel the air, cool air! Thank God!

I contacted West Coast Chief Repair and it was amazing how understanding the costumer service was, scheduled technician to come in on the same day. The technician was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed and took care of the problem.

I can't express how satisfied I am with the service. It gets in high 90s -100s in Encino and it becomes unbearable without a/c. I work from home, thus, the fact that West Coast was able to fix the problem so fast and efficiently is amazing.

First the estimate tech was late and nobody called from the office to inform me. Second, they emailed me estimate but they didn't provide their email for further communication and questions. So I called them with questions and no one is answering. Thirdly, they overcharge in the estimate on the installation of platform for my new wall oven by classifying it improperly as a cabinet remodel. $980 is a clear rip off for installing a wooden platform. This company stinks.

I called them on a very hot day. My central AC vents were not blowing well and the house was getting warmer by the hour. My parents were over for an event so it was very important to take care of them. They sent a very professional and clean repair man and he checked the vents and the system. He actually told me it was probably the inside system filter. He changed the filter for me he had one in his van. He only charged me for the house call, didn't even charge me for the filter. Who in this day and age is this honest and capable. I was amazed at the incredible knowhow, and the HONESTY. Trust is so important. Thank you so much guys for taking care of my parents!

I was very satisfied with the technician named Tiger he is very knowledgeable and was respectful of my home he fixed my A/C the same day for a very reasonable price the girl who helped me on the phone Ashley even followed up with me a few days later to check how my system was working now that's what I call customer service!

My old floor furnace stopped working and i needed immediate service especially since my family flew in out of state for the Holidays. Found West Coast Chief Repair on Google and decided to give them a shot - spoke to Sean who was able to get me in for same day service! Tech was really professional, quickly diagnosed and came back next day to repair as he didn’t have needed parts on hand which was understandable since my heater was very old. Kayla helped me out and set me up for my appointment for my washer & dryer she was very knowledgeable & helped me try and trouble shoot my washer so I could get the lid open. The tech art came out and determined is was the lid switch, he didn’t have the part but was able to pick up & came back out the next day & got my washer unlocked and working. They made the experience a breeze so glad I called them- if you need appliance services and end up calling west coast ask for Kayla and you’ll be in good hands!

My experience with this company and specifically their rep Ashley has been nothing but pleasant and smooth sailing! I was assigned to them via Fidelity National home warranty and I am so happy to have finally have an honest company that knows what they are talking about and does a great job on high end appliances, they did a great job repairing my fridge, cooktop, and double oven. I also found out they service HVAC systems as well and if needed I will definitely request that my home warranty assign me to West Coast again they are the BEST!
