HORRIBLE! L RUN AWAY FROM HERE! This is the worst dentist I ever went to. Horrible customer service. So unprofessional and not helpful. They schedule appointments then they don’t know what it is for. Today I was scheduled an appointment at 2pm waited for an hour then they were ready to see me. Then, they said I needed a dentist appointment first before I saw the orthodontist. I asked for a name for someone from corporate and they refused to give it to me. The office in Hawthorne is horrible and this one is worst!

This place is a scam that will try to upsell you every chance they can. I received a second opinion elsewhere and it was drastically different. Insurance pays for a teeth cleaning every 6 months, but too often this place claims they can’t do the regular cleaning and can only perform a specialized cleaning that costs $250 more, so you waste time making the appointment (that may or may not get re-scheduled last minute or leave you waiting an hour in the waiting room) then you don’t even get the services you walked in for. I was warned about this place, but tried it out for a year anyway since it was close to work and in my insurance realm. Definitely a waste of time and money. I have dentists in my family I run everything through and it’s unfortunate that some places can’t be trusted and just want your money. My new dentist was shocked at the claims made by this Dental office and when I even showed paper work, the new Dentist suggested filing charges because it is unlawful what they are doing. My husband and I have both had issues this past year and faced discriminatory measures due to me being pregnant and charges that were to "keep me safe. " Shocking they are still in business with how many complaints they constantly have pouring in.

Do not go to West coast dental! They're very rude. I been trying to get in contact with their corporate office and I can't even get through!

There are very unprofessional and rude. I go to the office in Cerritos. I'm stuck with their ortho.

I was at west coast dental office at 13716 Sherman way, Van Nuys, CA 91405 today. Every time you see different doctors, they come, they go, they couldnot care less. Todays doctor was absolutely rude, no manners, I asked her name, nobody knew her name. I asked manager to give me her business card, answer was ;We don't have any"I asked again and again, nurse told me she is Dr, Goldstein. Turned out she was thinking I am Russian, that is why she was so aggressive, she looks like herself like Ukrainian or something like that. She is not professional, all the time she was hanging over my head and talking to nurse about her care problems, how is she going to change her car, how is she thinking about BMW is not the same as it used to be etc. She tried to fix denture, she was shaving it all the time after a while she is pushing it inside my mouth with all debris on it, i asked her very politely will you please rinse it, that make her angry again. And again she is asking nurse how much you thinkshe is paying for this, (she wanted to make me hear that it is free so I better shut up) All I know I told her that I don't want it, and you have a nice day. Behind my back she is telling loudly about me that all the Russians all like her ungrateful.
