West Coast Dental of 6th Street, Los Angeles CA

My wait was a little long but my appt was at the end of the day (it's so nice to be able to see a dentist without having to miss work). Everyone was very nice, the place was clean and I was treated kindly.

I have been here for almost two hours and I have yet to see a doctor. O wonder if o spoke Spanish I would have been seen by now.

Got here 15min before my appointment and a hour and 20 min later, I’m still waiting. Also a lady who was here before me just got called back 5 minuets ago. Funny how they get upset and have cancellation policies but can’t keep a appointment. I will be changing dental offices, immediately

The falicity is great. However, the person in charged of the team is lacking on customer service and can sound demanding as soon as as one steps in the lobby. That person demonstrated inpatience and unwillingness to help resolve customer questions and did not offer him/her-self to fully explain services recommended/needed. Instead, person jump into selling the service as a product one must buy rather than need. It would be great to see more understanding explanations from this person toward the community who do not speak or know the full dentistry language/procedures/recommendations. Customer service goes a long way, catch up.

I’ve been here for AN HOUR AND A HALF for a simple cleaning and I still haven’t been seen. This place is awful.

Awful company. Awful wait time. Incredible that the facility passed their health and safety certification. Dr. Spurgeon is competent, and the 2 nurses I interacted with were quite satisfactory. But avoid this place at all costs.

Nice clean facility staff was welcoming polite and courteous. Their best asset was not a long wait that my pet pea. I'm very impatient.

After waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours I had a receptionist get very short with me when I bliley asked how much longer it would be until I why supposed to be seen

Horrible. Wait time is always so long. The only reason for this place its near home.
Not efficient at all.
Always messing up my appointments.
Get it together.

If there is a 0 star i would give it to these money grabbing excuse of a dental practise. Misdiagnosed me and try to scammed me for Inlays which is not covered by my insurance. I almost got duped into paying almosy 2k for the treatment.

My wife is not so lucky, she was tricked into remove her wisdom tooth which was perfectly healthy.

Worst dentist ever! The dentist was rude and unprofessional. Told him the drilling for my root canal was hurting and he ignored my the first time, got rude with me the second time. Wasnt until the third time that he gave me anesthesia. Then they charge me $1000 for the crown because my insurance doesn't cover it apparently. Don't go here, you will be upsold for your money and they do a horrible job.

They not trying to help you with your issues only try to put you on a credit plan that benefits them. The dentist he is arrogant and has an ego when you ask him question he has a sarcastic answer. Beware of this place they don't care about their clients needs. I went in there in pain and all the wanted to do is sale me a plan for services I didn't need

The first time I called them to make an appointment I was on hold for 30 minutes. And then I got disconnected. When I finally was able to make an appointment I showed up to the office 20 minutes early, and waited an additional 40 minutes after that.

I left the office I don't think I'll be coming back. Honor your appointments!

The orthodontist (Dr. Shouhed) tells it exactly like it is. If it's going to hurt he tells you. He promises to help and is with you every step of the way. The staff is very friendly, treating you as if you are family. I am very happy with the work they continue to do.

I took my man there it was a good experience besides the 2 hour wait to see someone. That's way too long!
