This place gets no stars if I had the option. You will spend more than an hour waiting even with an appointment!

I have been going here for the past 4 years. I can honestly say I love their service! Their staff is always friendly and with an appointment always quick. I have been here for my braces and it was a great experience. The orthodontist made sure I knew what was going on before they did any procedure and were cautious in making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I also recently got my teeth whiten couldn’t be happier! It was quick and easy and also affordable.

The front desk staff are really friendly and understanding. However the wait time is ridiculous. Every time I attend its more than a 4 hour wait just to make me another appointment. There was a day I waited 8 hours. They need to stop overscheduling appointments if the doctor is not equipped to see all patients in a timely manner.

They followed Covid19 responses and I liked that, to make sure we are protected too. I was there for about 2 hours not too bad. The team was really great and respectable. A very great day at the dentist.

Absolutely terrible service. To start off they asked me if anything concerned me with my teeth and when I told them they completely ignored it and tried to sell me on all this extra stuff that had nothing to do with my concern. Then when it came time for them to bill me they gave me a $500 bill which I didn't think much of. I set up payments and went on my way. Then when I mentioned it to my HR department at work he said our insurance should have covered more and the out of pocket should have been less. So come to find out they billed the wrong insurance company even though I gave them my card and of course the insurance company came back and said I had to pay $3000 for the service. When I told them all they told me was they were short staffed and that I would have to figure it out before they sent me to collections. So this has been going on for the last year and they still have not fixed the billing, they sent me to collections, and they continue to give me the run around when I try and get it fixed. This place is 90% scam and 10% dentistry would not recommend for anyone.

Took my mom in to see Dr Carrasco, my mother has been scared to go to the dentist but Dr. Carrasco and staff made her feel comfortable and calm, Its good to say she left happy after her visit and thank you to Norma for helping her out as well, we'll see you soon!

The front desk isn’t very courteous. They’re always chatting and laughing loudly. The first time I went someone had their kids there. This time they were all eating and chatting. I had been waiting 30mins and asked when they were calling me. All 4 employees blankly starred at me and said nothing. When I said hello are you going to sit there are say nothing one of them decides to say they had candy in their mouth. I waited 55mins until they actually started working on my mouth. The first time it was the biggest back in forth on why I refused to have polish with fluoride. They kept question my decision not to have any fluoride.

Terrible Service, had many issues with appoitments and services. They are quick to charge you and qualify you for credit when needed. Called the corporate office to try and resolve these issues and got the run around. Was told a Regional manager was going to be in contact with me and never did. Services have not been rendered and will be seeking a charge back of payments due to these ongoing issues.

Everyone is super nice! They all made my first visit most enjoyable! I gave 4 stars cause there is always room for improvment although i dont see how you could improve on perfection! Thank you my new dental team!

My visit was very informative and pleasant. I woujd recommend it to anyone. The staff was very professional abd friendly.

Long wait theres only 1 dentist doctor, sometimes there late and do things quick went there once and never went back really bad reviews

The Dr. Was so gentle and understanding I was very nervous and she let me pause in between to relax. They answered all my questions. Was treated very good even if medical covered part of my treatment. They helped me apply for care credit and it was very easy. Staff is nice and friendly. I'm coming here for all my dental needs.

Horrible experience the manager discriminated me for having medical! Horrible customer service had to wait for over 2 hours and they are not patient with explaining the bills. Got angry because I asked for bill to be seen HORRIBLE don't go there!

Westcoast dental in lynwood is great I never been to a caring dentist before I had bad times at most dentist but when I came here they were wonderful. I am referring all my friends and family to them they gave me a chance to smile again thank you guys for everything your staff was wonderful.

Very customer friendly staff. Their PROFESSIONAL an caring. The dentist's work is EXCELLENT he was gentle didn't rush. If your looking for a long time dentist or even scared of the dentist this is the place to go.

Had me wait 40 minutes, and then another hour in the chair after I got my x rays, just for them to tell me that they couldn't do anything because they hadn't contacted my insurance company, yet they're the ones who made the appointment for me. I was so pissed, I am not going back to this dentist they like to take their sweet time for everything!

They ladies in the front are really nice but why do they have to take so long to get you inside they was no one in the waiting room and it took them an hour to put me inside and I still waited in the chair 40 minutes costumer service is good just not the wait

Everybody was nice. The doctor was informative.
BUT it was only in for a check up and spent over 3 hours. The wait in the lovely was a hour. After they brought me in for the x rays the first chair they sat me in was a hour and then another hour jus to see the doctor. I started to ask how long until the next part of the appointment was and they politely apologized the the delay.

Great place and very professional. I would go again and hope it won't take another 3 hours

I took my daughther two time and they were very rude. There not professional at all. My daughther didnt like it. She was going to get treat but i could hear crying for the wait room. And i ask if i could go see her. They didnt want to let me in.so i walk in, and my daughter was in the back room by her self. That not bening resposbile at all.i didnt like west coast. BAD SERVICE

Dentist and staff are very nice, but if you want see a dentist here make sure u clear your schedule for the whole day because it can take up to 2 hrs just to see the dentist. The office onviously overbooks and is flooded w/ clients so they don't care how long you have to wait. Go somewhere else and save time!
