This place is such a drain on time, energy and money. Sure, just like any medical office, your appointment is never on time, but the lack of respect is unfathomable. They overbook and when you say something, it’s blank states and a move to the next waiting area. Have the respect and courtesy to plan for the day. Don’t waste people’s time.

Doctors are very knowledgeable and informative but all of the nurses and staff need to be on the same page with the plan for patients

Dr. Esmeraldo and his dental assistant Carlos was awesome. They both took care of me so well and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them both. They both made me feel comfortable by simply walking me through my processor. And Dr. Esmeraldo is really good at what he does. I was in good hands

Riccardo was wonderful helping me with my appointment at the Menifee location today. He even stayed late to fix a problem for me, and make sure everything was done correctly.

This place is ALWAYS running late. They called me to schedule a cleaning. I show up on time and then 40 minutes after my apt somebody comes to ask me if there was a problem with my teeth or why I was there? I was like your office called me to schedule a cleaning and the lady just says it was a system error? ! So frustrating that things like this keep happening almost every visit. Definitely not coming back to this mess.

Exceptional Service! Awesome Staff! I came here with my two kids for a cleaning. We are new patients and new to the area. Including myself and my kids, we had back to back to back appointments. Check-in was easy and they ran on-time at our scheduled appointments. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. Service overall was fantastic. KUDOS to the team: Michelle, Roberta, Maria and Dr. Sina. We have found our dentist office in Menifee.

I paid a down payment, and later decided that I felt like this is a meat market. I asked for a refund. It has been 3 and 1/2 weeks with no refund back on my card. I've called corporate and the office manager with NO resolve. That's if I could get through. Im usually on hold for 15 minutes. I'm here now and so frustrated.

I have hated this place from day one and we are two years inn…. We paid upfront…. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare, if you have a “ortho emergency” they make you wait weeks until you can be seen. Orthodontist keep quitting so they have very few appointments available if you miss or have to reschedule. Which ends up extending the total time a kid will have braces.

Their are far better equipped Orthodontist for the same cost with much better organization and people who care about the customer.

I called yesterday to schedule my 1st appointment, it was cancelled less then 24 hours later because the Dentist won't be there. How did that change so fast? Obviously this is recurring, because there are other people stating the same thing in their reviews. To say it was "the call center" doesn't make sense. Aren't they booking for your office?

If you happen to have sub standard care, please contact your insurance company and dispute the charges or treatment done, especially if you have a second opinion of a different dentist. You can also contact the dental board of California. You can even take them to small claims court. Get documentation of everything, x rays of before and x rays after. Make sure the x ray tech is licensed, that all cleanings are being done via Standard of Care in Ca. The cleanings should be scaled with a cavitron and hand scaled by a dr or hygienist.

If you need an extraction, please be aware that you DO NOT NEED a BONEGRAFT for wisdom teeth, or when you have severe gum disease. Get a second opinion if you don’t believe me.

My fiancé is currently at the practice as I’m writing my review.
The practice was able to make an appointment for a Saturday but he was asked to reschedule for another week. They claimed they didn’t have any dentists to see him. I find that unprofessional and surprising.
He showed up to his rescheduled appointment this morning when they opened at 8am. It has been over an hour of waiting. Multiple people have been seen before him.
Poor management practices for a healthcare facility. I will make sure he does not return.

Terrible front office. They can’t even check insurance in a proficient way. It seems they lack even basic knowledge of Insurance. It takes about 3 minutes to get a breakdown of insurance. They took 40 min to ask me condescendingly if I was sure I had an appointment here. I had to show them my text message. I left with no treatment and looking for a new dentist. Please save yourselves trouble and time and look for another dentist!

This office is charging Medí-cal patients, which is not allowed as a Denti-cal provider. These people need to re- read some of the contracts they have with the insurances they are in network with.

Train your staff! They do not have knowledge of certain insurances and should not argue about it. When proven wrong they should not refuse service. Very unprofessional. Unfriendly and we very unsatisfied. (Front Office) Xray tech was very harsh. Uncaring and inconsiderate of pain that patient was going through.
