Judged me because of my teeth, and insurance type. The doctor had an attitude, and wanted to up-sale the procedure. Won’t be going back.

When you treat my mom like a queen, which is just what WCD did, you have won my heart over. From the moment we called and showed up, Melissa was on point. Very patient and professional. Everyone from Negin, Xiomara, Betty, Homa and Zoila were beyond exeptional. Service was amazing! Thank you Dr. T.and thank you West Coast Dental!

My experience at WCD was superb. The office gals were nice, cordial and professional. The dental assistants were also efficient and professional. The Dentist himself was a very nice man. Great bedside manner. I felt comfortable with him. I was most impressed by his speed, efficiency and finesse as a technician! He has exceptional skills. He kept making sure that I didn't feel any pain at all. He was all business. My root canal was over before I knew it. Very expeditious and smooth. I would recommend this office to any and all!

Today my kids have appt with ortho we been here since12: 30 it is now 2: 45 and my kids have not been seen. We have been waiting for 2hrs and 30minutrs. We have come other time and haven't had to wait this long.

Amazing staff very helpful I came in for a root canal and they took great care of me. Gave me a plan for my teeth and explained it perfectly. I highly recommend

My experience today was not the best. I scheduled for periodontal. But the Dr did not see me. And my teeth was just brushed.

We’ve been going to West Coast Dental for three years now. The staff has always been nice. There is a whole new staff there now. I would say that this new team is more thorough and much better at communication. Which is very important when it comes to health & dental health. My family has moved a lot further away from this location however, due to their service, we are willing to continue to make that drive.

Very bad experience I don't like the service at all and they charge a lot no reason I will not recommend that clinic

I've been sitting in the waiting room for over two hours now after having a set appointment. The reason I came in today was because my tooth got infected from the previous time I was here. So far the experience has been less than great and I recommend seeing someone else if you are looking for efficient, effective and timely service. I drove 1 1/2 hours and called off work. Complete waste of my money and Time! I hope someone can read this and take it into consideration.

All of the staff go above and beyond to really meet the needs of patients. For that, I'm grateful! Thank you West Coast Dental!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Been there twice with an appointment and had to wait an insane amount time to actually see the oral surgeon. There is no communication between The staff was kind of rude and misinformed. They didn’t have the details of my previous visits and tried to remove the wrong tooth, until I corrected them. Then I waited another 45 minutes to see the surgeon just so they can tell me that I had to go some where else. Don’t go to this dentist!

I have never really been a fan of the dentist but I have a feeling that will change. They have such wonderful & informative staff! It is truly hard not to like them:)

I went in knowing from my Dental insurance that I have a copay of $1. When I gave them all my information they told me that it was going to be $120 for the copay and that I would have to pay for an anesthetic. The ladies on reception were just standing around laughing too instead of doing their job. When I went in for my X-rays the assistant said she was going to go as fast as she can and to look at the time so I could tell her how long it took. Then I could not bite down on the mouthpiece they use so I told the assistant and she told me I had to. I had tears in my eyes by how painful it was and I still couldn’t close my mouth all the way. She didn’t care she kept making me try it. I got a sore spot on my mouth and thought the price was just ridiculous so I called to cancel and the lady on the phone was so rude! She kept telling me the price was because my insurance didn’t cover it so I told her just cancel my appointment. She didn’t say good bye I just heard the phone click as she hung up on me. I called back and talked to the supervisor and she apologized and said she would talk to the receptionist and she was actually listening to the conversation when I called. She sounded so insincere AND does she not have a job to do? She must be one of the lady’s that just stands around the reception area instead of doing her job. Save your time, save your money, don’t come here.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and the dentist I had, Dr. Shaw was fantastic! She was gentle and caring. I also like that she is very thorough. She kept having me come back until I was completely satisfied with my dentures. I recommend this place to anyone who has a fear of dentists like I did. They really put you at ease.

Apt was at 9: 30am. Been here for more than an hour and I am told it can be another two hours till I go in. I scheduled my very first apt in January here I am March 30th still waiting to extract two teeth.

I went in for a tooth extraction and was greeted by a great staff. I want to thank Dr. Sha, Xiomara, Jenny, Trisha and Bobby for what they do here at West Coast Dental. Your help today made everything go smooth. I recommend anyone who needs dental work to stop by and see what their staff can do for you
