This is a long overdue review. I normally go to the Thousand Oaks location but Dr. Voorman was out of town and I needed to be seen before I went on a work trip that was back east. Well I had the wonderful privilege of being seen by Joe Lee. I recommend you retire sir and if you are not of retirement age you find another career. He was a very unprofessional uncaring individual. With his lack of care for a concern I had I ended up at urgent care and was so sick I was unable to travel and had to cancel my trip. I probably could have avoided how sick I became if he would have taken the time to listen and address my concerns. Worst experience and I will never be back. Can't believe this person sees patients. Yikes!

This is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever come across. Appointments were cancelled times changed the day of appointment. They Have no concern for patients.

Horrible experience 1st time visiting and not going back! I called and made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter a week in advance and provided all the information. We arrived 30 mins before the appointment time to find out that there was no appointment because they forgot to enter the information on the system. After waiting 2 hours, and all paperwork completed, there was nothing that they can do then schedule another appointment for following week. I was flexible and I was willing to go to another office at any time since took the day off from work and waited over 2 hours. In addition my daughter was suffering ear infections for the last 2 months. Luckily a patient heard the situation and noticed they weren’t flexible at all, he offered and gave up his appointment to daughter since he saw that they were not accommodating. Dr. Lee saw my daughter and he was very rude “is very normal for kids to get ear infection I don’t know why you’re here” Obviously having ear infections for 2 months and 4 rounds of antibiotics is not normal. He saw us for like 5 min and he said it was normal. Then Dr. Lee had the audacity to called my daughter’s pediatrician questioning why she referred my daughter to his office demanding an appointment? !
- NO Dr.your staff made the error!
I know you heard the conversation I was having with front dest staff and you interrupted to schedule a follow up appt for another your patient. I proved your office with me cellphone call history where shows I called your office and call lasted 19 mins. Dr. Lee & staff never apologized for their mistake, all we got was bad attitude and treatment. Office deserves ZERO stars rating. I’m glad I took my daughter to another specialist in Santa Barbara, where she’s getting the right treatment and Doctors & staff are very welcoming and professional.

I checked in at 1: 20pm and I still have not been seen an hour later. Why make an appointment? I finally walked out at 2: 33pm. No apology, no trying to keep me there for my business.

Jaesung Lee was great and kind. Listened very well and diagnosed me quickly. He knows his stuff. The office staff was poor. I had to wait over an hour to see Dr Lee when I was the only/ first person waiting and In office. They skipped me and allowed other patients to see him before myself too. Very unprofessional.

Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had, mostly due to nobody’s fault, but I let my frustrations out on Dr Joseph Lee and whoever checked the answering machine. Even then, Dr Lee called me and listened to my personal issues, and still treated my rude and skeptical self with care and compassion.

Thanks Dr Lee and Staff, I owe you one

This office has the worse service ever! I have seen Dr. Joseph Lee for a nose problem and I called today because my nose is inflamed to let him know and a Jessica took my message with no results! I kept calling and all I ever got was a recorded message and I could not even leave a message! Also I’m still waiting for a scheduler to call me to get surgery.

Dr. Joe Lee and staff were great. He listened to my concerns and solved my ear problems that had been going on for a while.
