I love this place! The staff is always so nice and helpful and the dr is funny and very knowledgeable I trust him a lot with my eyes. I’ve been going for I think almost a year now and every experience has been a very pleasant one.

I've been to many appointments in my life but today's left me feeling good when I left. Every person I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor and efficient. Their process went smoothly and I look forward to my next visit.

Ripped a contact, called and got a same day appointment. Everyone there was super sweet and friendly and handled annoying patients with ease. Dr. Dyer was very attentive the entire time, gave me lots of knowledge on eyes and what I should do in the future. She was very helpful and understanding when I told her my story. Would recommend to anyone:)

Been a patient for many years. Dr. Katzman is awesome. He explains everything very well and asks if you have any questions or concerns. His staff is also great.

I had my first appointment today and love this this place the doctor is amazing and funny she really made sure I understood exactly what my eyes needed and why I was having the issues I was having I got the cutest pair of glasses that match my hair and the girls helping u pick them out are so help for definitely will be sticking with this doctor

I brought my dad (Marine Veteran) in this week and the staff treated him like gold. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that interacted with him because everyone made his day. Anh Tonnu, OD was
patient, professional and such a joy. I highly recommend this facility. My dad has mobility issues, but it was easy in and easy out for him and we absolutely loved the staff.

Very nice and informative staff, learned that my eyes weren’t round but actually the slight shape of a football when I should’ve know that five years ago from the last eye doctor.

This office is amazing! I was treated by Dr. Sharon Dyer and she’s so attentive, listened to my concerns and gave me information to make decisions about my eye care. I decided to use contacts for the first time (face masking with glasses isn’t fabulous) and she made sure I had the correct prescription for my needs. I received great dispensing education on contacts and left the office knowing I could use them properly.

I’m over the top pleased with my experience and found my eye care home! Check them out you won’t be disappointed!

It starts with the leadership of Dr. Patel and the staff has his kind nature and excellent professionalism that always makes a visit worth the distance and tedious coordination of a ride worth coming back. This care team rocks! Dr. G. Patel, although busy, is kind and compassionate to patient needs and questions we, as unfamiliar with the care of eyes, he is consice, caring and professional. Highly recommend.

I felt calm after meeting Dr. Patel and his staff. He is very professional and quite informative about my upcoming cataract surgery. The staff showed that they care and are very friendly. I would reccomend anyone to go to Dr. Patel for eye concerns.

I have been a patient for 3 years now and am always pleased. From Dr katzman, to Dr. Stephanie and today the gentleman whom help with glasses. The staff is pretty great too.

From the moment i walked in everyone was super friendly. I was taken back immediately and was seeing Dr Katzman within ten minutes of being there. The medical assistants were wonderful, especially Jennifer. Dr Katzman is AMAZING! He put me right at ease and had me laughing at the same time. I am thrilled with the care i am receiving at Acuity Eyecare Group. I highly recommend coming here and checking it out for urself.

Amazing clinic the best of best! They try to hard to my insurance cover receptionist help call for me all over then finally I made contact today:) even Dr. Dyer was soooooooo helpful and sweet. I have been visiting many times West Coast eye care Elcajon. The whole staff are so cooperative specially the optician Rand Alnaimy She gave me the whole information and choices for choosing my eye glasses.

Had cataract operations (each eye) with opthamologist, Dr. Barry Katzman. Had I immediately rated my experience, following operations, I would not have given 5 stars because of both my lack of knowledge that results can take weeks (even longer than a month) to finally have the most improvement from operation (s) performed weeks earlier.

Spent most my life nearsighted. For the first time, I can legally drive without vision correction. Dr. Katzman removed cataracts and corrected for nearsightedness at that high of level!

Having not liked bifocal glasses, I had tried in the past, Katzman was also able to correct astigmatisms with the same cataract laser surgery. Monofocal lenses were inserted in each eye. That saved me money over lenses for astigmatism.

Friendly staff. Dr. Katzman is a wonderful doctor. The only problem is sometimes it is difficult to get a parking spot. But I understand it is not related to this office.

Great staff & Doctor answer my question's and concerns really helped put my mind at ease if I have questions they really take the time to answer them and help me understand the procedures being done I have been to many eye doctors but I have to admit the people here at West Coast Eye Care really know this stuff.

The staff deals with a lot of volume in the office. They are all nice and helpful. As a patient couldn’t ask for anything else.
