These guys like to take their over priced luxury junk and drive it through local business parking lots like they are running from the cops. I saw one of their employees running through a neighborhood parking lost at about 60mph in a G wagon. The guy was using both lanes and nearly hit several pedestrians and a dog. We buy a lot of vehicles and have dealt with a lot of different dealerships. West Coast Motorcars is by far the best in the industry. They made the car buying experience seamless. Our car was waiting for us cleaned and ready to go when we walked through the doors. Ali treated us like he has known us for years, even though it was the first time we met face to face. He was humble and kind, and that is hard to find today, especially in the exotic car world. Thank you to Ali and West Coast Motorcars, we love our new ride and can't wait to buy another one from you!

Terrible service. If you spend this much money with a company, you would expect great customer service, reliable service and honesty. This company is far from that. Let’s start with they never answer the phone or return phone calls. Ignoring the red flags i continued With the transaction. I’m an out of state buyer, my lender wired the money for my vehicle 2 weeks ago and once they got their money, they disappeared. Ignoring emails, calls, text. I never Received any form of document for my vehicle and was told they would handle the shipping. Expecting my car to be shipped next business day or two, i still Was patient giving hope and i waited till the end of the week. With no communication from them i decided to cancel the transaction. I sent In the documents to cancel the transaction and was completely ignored. Next thing i know A week later I’m getting a text from them stating my vehicle will arrive Thursday or Friday. At this point I’m confused because i cancelled The transaction and was waiting on documentation confirmation of cancellation. I did Not want to accept the car upon arrival but My lender informed me he was waiting to get the wire reversal and to accept the car because I’ll be out of a car and still paying on a car that I don’t have. Now it’s Friday i called The delivery driver to at least see what time the vehicle will be here. The driver says i owe Them $1750 for delivery. I said No the dealership was supposed to pay for shipping. They said the dealer did not pay them. Im very upset because now I’m stuck with a car that i did Not want and cancelled. The miles are 250 miles over the mileage listed. The service light is on. The tank is empty. There’s a damage/dent in the back of the car that looks like mechanical work tried to fix it when there’s no accidents reported or even on the photos on the website that shows the damage.
Horrible experience.please take your money else where and be treated better.
I have all the necessary Receipts needed to prove all of this so this is a real testimony. DO NOT make the same mistake i did!

I’m called several times and there’s no answer! I’ve sent an application about a car I was interested with all my information on it and got no response!

Respectful, humble and educated people in this dealership. Car selections are incredible. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for the high end vehicle. This place is great.nothing but good honest employees and managers. I bought a car and had so many questions but they answered them all and with no pressure which is what i loved the most!
